Do I need a power of attorney to receive goods and inventory items?

The law provides for the right of a subject of civil circulation to draw up this document for receiving goods to protect the rights of the seller and buyer, their safety. The paper can be issued to both the buyer and the seller.

In particular, the act is required:

1. When transferring valuables in the supplier's warehouse. The seller needs to check the credentials of the arriving person who is entrusted to receive the goods.
2. In case of receipt on the territory of the buyer, that is, the delivery of inventory items.
3. When no man's land is chosen for transmission. The place of meeting, the terms of transfer, payment are prescribed in the contract between the buyer and the seller in advance.
