1. Set the form of an electronic passenger ticket and baggage check in civil aviation(Appendix to this Order).

2. Establish that the itinerary/receipt of the electronic passenger ticket and baggage check (extract from the automated information system registration of air transportation) is a document of strict accountability and is used for the implementation by organizations and individual entrepreneurs cash settlements and (or) settlements using payment cards without the use of cash registers.

ELECTRONIC PASSENGER TICKET AND BAGGAGE RECEIPT

IN CIVIL AVIATION

1. An electronic passenger ticket and a baggage check in civil aviation (hereinafter referred to as an electronic ticket) is a document used to certify a contract for the carriage of a passenger and baggage, in which information on the air carriage of a passenger and baggage is presented in electronic digital form, and has the following structure and content:

1) the structure of the electronic ticket:

electronic flight coupon (depending on the number of flights, the number of electronic flight coupons can be from 1 to 4);

electronic control coupon;

electronic agency coupon;

itinerary / receipt (extract from the automated information system for issuing air transportation).

The presence of an electronic flight coupon and an itinerary/receipt is mandatory;

information about the passenger (for domestic transportation - last name, first name, patronymic, name, series and number of an identity document; for international transport- surname, other information in accordance with international standards);

name and (or) code of the carrier;

flight number;

flight departure date;

flight departure time;

name and (or) codes of airports/points of departure and destination for each flight;

rate;

fare equivalent (if applicable);

total cost of transportation;

form of payment;

fees (if applicable);

name and (or) booking class code;

booking status code;

registration date;

the name of the agency/carrier that issued the ticket;

free baggage allowance (optional);

unique e-ticket number.

An itinerary/receipt (an extract from the automated information system for issuing air transportation) is issued and issued (sent to in electronic format via the information and telecommunication network) is mandatory for the passenger. The itinerary/receipt (an extract from the automated information system for issuing air transportation) is a document of strict accountability;

c) the carrier's unique e-ticket number contains the carrier's international three-digit code and a 10-digit form code and serial number.

If the carrier does not have a three-digit carrier code, for domestic transportation, as well as for international transportation by charter flights, the three-digit carrier code is replaced by a two-character carrier code.

The unique number of an electronic ticket of an organization that ensures mutual settlements between carriers and other participants in the transportation process contains a three-character settlement code and a 10-digit form code and a serial number.

2. An electronic flight coupon of an electronic ticket reflects the following statuses:

open for use;

airport control;

has been registered;

exchange / re-registration;

used for transportation/used;

transportation not on schedule;

boarding of the passenger is made;

for information only;

printed;

returned;

suspended;

not available for use;

canceled;

exchange when printing;

closed.

The status of an electronic flight coupon may reflect other additional information about its status and use.

3. An electronic ticket is generated using automated system.

information about the passenger (for domestic flights - last name, first name, patronymic, name, series and number of an identity document; for international flights - last name, other information in accordance with international standards);

name and (or) code of the carrier;

flight number;

flight departure date;

flight departure time;

name and (or) codes of airports/points of departure and destination for each flight;

fare equivalent (if applicable);

total cost of transportation;

form of payment;

fees (if applicable);

name and (or) booking class code;

The itinerary/receipt (an extract from the automated information system for issuing air transportation) is issued and issued (sent electronically via the information and telecommunication network) to the passenger without fail.
