Each of them can request access to sick leave for different purposes.

Let's take a closer look at how to check sick leave in the two indicated varieties when using the FSS website and other available resources. We agree that such a check is required to be carried out by the employer, the representative of the medical institution and the patient himself.

How to check the electronic sick leave on the FSS website for an employer?

To check the sick leave on the FSS website (and at the same time add the necessary information to it for subsequent sending to the department), the employer needs:

  1. Pre-obtain an EDS for document management with the FSS and create an enterprise account on the Gosuslugi website.

The signature is issued in an accredited certification center for the head of the organization. Creation of a company profile Portal "Gosuslugi" .

  1. Obtain a unique electronic sick leave number from the employee, which is communicated to him by the medical organization after a doctor's appointment.
  2. Enter the "Insurant's Cabinet" on the page http://cabinets.fss.ru.
  3. Select the "Electronic sheets" tab, then - "Request a sheet".
  4. Enter the sick leave number and SNILS of the employee.
  5. If necessary, select a certificate certifying the organization's rights to make a request to the FSS.
  6. Wait for the found sheet to appear in the "List of Sheets".
  7. If necessary, select the item "Filled by the employer."
  8. Fill in the appropriate area of ​​the sick leave, click "Save".

After these actions, the completed sick leave will be sent to the FSS for registration of compensation for the payment of disability benefits.

For the convenience of searching for a sick leave, the employer can use the filters provided by the web interface.

For example, sick leave can be found:

  • according to the full name of the patient;
  • according to SNILS;
  • by sick leave number;
  • by document status;
  • by date of issuance.

If necessary, you can generate a sick leave file in XML format in order to subsequently process it in a cryptographic program, if it is used by the employer for electronic document management with government agencies.

Checking the sick leave by number online may also be required by a representative of the medical institution that issued the disability certificate.

How to check the hospital doctor?

To check the sick leave of interest, a representative of a medical organization also uses the familiar resource http://cabinets.fss.ru. At the same time, he selects the “ITU Cabinet” item and uses an EDS issued in accordance with the procedure established by law for a medical institution.

How to check sick leave for an employee?

To check the sick leave, the employee himself uses the same web interface http://cabinets.fss.ru. But in this case interested party selects the option "Insured's office".

By that time, a person, as in the case of an employer, should have a profile on the State Services. At the same time, it is not necessary to issue a qualified EDS from a certification center. It is enough just to go through the identity verification procedure at the authorized center for registration at the State Services. The most accessible of them are Russian Post offices, city MFCs, and Rostelecom offices. Their services are free.

The functionality of the "Insured's Cabinet" allows, in particular:

  • review the certificates of incapacity for work issued to the employee;
  • print these sheets;
  • view data on accrued and paid sick leave;

How to check the authenticity of a paper sick leave?

The verification in question may include the following procedures:

  • watermarks - with the FSS logo;
  • inscriptions translucent with ultraviolet light.
  1. Visual check of the document for:
  • the quality of the paper (it should not differ in touch from the one from which authentically authentic sheets are made);
  • the presence of microtexts (clearly distinguishable only with the use of a magnifying glass) with the phrase "Disability certificate", which are located under the signatures of the doctor, director and accountant of the employing company;
  • correctness of filling (in terms of reflecting information about the medical institution).
  1. Reconciliation of the sick leave number with the database of invalid sheets, which the FSS forms and uploads to website .

To do this, download the register of invalid sick leave and check with the paper sick leave number, which is located immediately below the barcode. If there are matches, then the sick leave at the time of its presentation by the employee is invalid.

This registry is updated once a month, so the data may not be up to date. A more reliable way is to send a request to the territorial hotel of the FSS at the place of registration, attaching a copy of the sick leave. Social Insurance will send a request to a medical institution, which will confirm or deny the authenticity of the form. The disadvantage of this method is that the verification takes a very long time.

Sick leave can be paper and electronic. In all cases, they may need to be checked. Paper, as a rule, are checked for authenticity, electronic - for correct execution and for other purposes provided for by the specifics of the electronic document management of the main users of the disability certificate - the employer and the medical institution. The patient himself has the right to access electronic sick leave.

In 2017, it became possible for a legal entity to start Personal Area on the website of the Social Insurance Fund. This service allows large organizations and individual entrepreneurs to work with electronic sick leave - fill them out, get advice from the FSS, file complaints if necessary. You can register your personal account on the website. You must first go through the following preparatory procedures:

  • Write an application to the FSS about the desire to work with electronic sheets;
  • Conclude an additional agreement with the FSS;
  • Refine your software;
  • Get a secure digital signature (if you don't have one).

Registration of a personal account

The site contains offices for individuals, organizations and medical institutions. For a legal entity, the "Insurant's Cabinet" is available. To continue working with him, you need to click the "Login to the office" button.

The data entry page will open. In the appropriate fields, you must specify the login and password received on the public services portal Russian Federation.

Functions for a legal entity

Of all the tabs, the user will always be able to work with only three:

  • Information about the Insured. It is in the upper right corner. In it you can find basic information about the state registration of the company and registration with the FSS.

  • "Requests to the Foundation". It contains all correspondence with the FSS.
  • "Instructions for work". Here you can find information about using the service.

The remaining sections will remain empty until the electronic document flow begins.

In the section "Letters of incapacity for work" there are electronic sick-lists. Until their reception is organized, there will be no information about them. As soon as their receipt is established, the date, personal data, etc. will be immediately available for each sick leave.

The section "Accidents and Occupational Diseases" will also contain information about injured employees.

The "Registry Log" displays the information that the user has transmitted to the FSS gateway.

The "data exchange log" in tabular form presents reports on sending information to the FSS gateway. This section is mainly intended to eliminate errors in information for the FSS - it is worked with by the insured's software specialists.

Another tab - "Benefits Journal" - in tabular form displays information about cash benefits received by employees from the FSS. The user can filter the information being viewed by the employee's personal data, his LN number, SNILS, or by benefit status.

In the "Personal Account" you can familiarize yourself with the notifications sent. To do this, in the upper right corner, the icon with three dots is pressed and the “Notifications” item is selected.

FSS personal account: how to open a legal entity

To work with the cabinet you need:

  1. Join the project of electronic disability certificates, conclude an agreement with the branch of the fund on information exchange;
  2. Get an enhanced electronic signature (if not);
  3. Improve the software;
  4. Open a personal account of the FSS.

To begin with, in order for the company to accept electronic leaflets, it is necessary to conclude a special agreement with the FSS. To do this, you must apply to the fund with a free-form application. The document should indicate that you want to accept electronic sick leave.

The FSS will consider the application and offer to conclude supplementary agreement. Next, you need to open an office.

The official website of the FSS personal account for legal entities is cabinets.fss.ru. Through it, you can fill out an electronic sick leave, write an appeal to the fund, file a complaint, etc.

On the site, select "Insured's account" and click "Login to the account". After that, the service will prompt you to enter the login and password of the organization for the gosuslugi.ru website.

Personal account of the insured: opportunities

An electronic office will be needed for all companies that are going to work with electronic sick leave.

Through the personal account of the FSS, the company will be able to receive an electronic sheet and fill out its part. In the office, you can correspond with the fund, see the history of communication. Companies participating in the pilot project of the FSS "Direct Payments" will see in the service the registers of sick days that were sent to the fund.

In the section "Electronic certificates of incapacity for work" you can see the list of sick leave. While you are not working with electronic sheets, the fields remain empty. As soon as you start accepting electronic leaflets, you will see information on them in the list. For each case, there will be full name, dates, etc.

If you go to the "Accidents and Occupational Diseases" tab, the service will show a list of injured workers. Also, through the office, you can write a request to the fund in a ready-made form and attach files to it.

The Company has the right not to open a personal account and not to connect to the electronic exchange of sick leave. Employees of such an organization will be able to receive only paper sheets.

If the clinic and the employer participate in an electronic exchange, the employee will be able to decide which ballot to take - paper or electronic.

If the employee chooses a virtual sheet, he must give the doctors written consent. The consent form has already been developed by the Ministry of Labor. It is in the order of electronic interaction.

An electronic sick leave is more convenient for a company than a paper one. It is easier to fill it out, since you do not need to monitor the color of the ink, the size of the letters, the location of the print. The Fund will not remove sick leave because it has faded and become illegible. In addition, accountants will get rid of the need to calculate fakes.

How to work with the personal account of the insured

From the main page you can get to any section of the cabinet. If you click on the yellow block in the upper right corner, access to other functions will open. For example, you can change company details, go to the list of requests to the fund, or exit the account to change the user.

In the "Electronic sick leave" tab, you will see all the electronic sick leave that employees received. After the employee brings you the sheet number, you need to find it and add it to the list. To do this, click the "Request LN" button and fill in the fields "LN number" and "SNILS".

To apply for your part of the sick leave, select it in the list and click on it. In the electronic sheet, you need to fill out the same lines as in the paper one.

The office can be used to write an appeal to the fund. After filling in all the fields, click "Save" - ​​the message will turn into a draft, where you can make additions. If you are satisfied with the draft, click the "Submit" button.

You can see your messages to the fund and the status of their processing. To do this, hover over the yellow block in the corner of the screen and click "Requests to the Fund".

In the "Accidents and Occupational Diseases" section, a list of all injured workers is available. The number of accidents determines how much the company pays injury contributions.

Check the access of employees to the personal account of the FSS. Since December 8, the fund has changed the algorithm for authorizing visitors to the resource. The FSS divided users into groups - a manager, an accountant, support group specialists and insured events. Workers without a category have no access to the service now.

Due to the new authorization algorithm, there is a risk that the fund has closed access to the legal entity's personal account for the chief accountant. In this case, the accounting department will not be able to work with electronic sick leave, calculate benefits and payments using the service, and exchange documents with the fund.

Previously, in order for the chief accountant to work under a company account, the manager linked the employee's account to the organization's personal account. Now the fund requires to reflect the category of the employee.

You can assign a category to employees in your personal account only under the account of the head or administrator of the company on the public services portal. To do this, on esia.gosuslugi.ru, in the "Access to systems" section, find the FSS. In the "System" field, select "Personal account of the policyholder". In the "Access Group" field, select a category and assign employees to it. Electronic health records are new service Social Security Fund, which is not used by all employers and clinics. But this form of reporting is the future, so the direction will gradually develop and improve. The versatility of the service is that it is simultaneously developed for insured persons, policyholders and ITU employees. Each person has the right to view his electronic sick leave through the "Gosuslugi", of course, if it is formed. This is convenient for controlling accruals and expected payments, as well as for the work of accountants of the employing organization.

Work in the "Personal Account" of the FSS

For the convenience of using all the services of the FSS, a "Personal Account" was created, which is a portal for remote control. The service makes it possible to simplify the work of the Fund's employees themselves, as well as all interested citizens who apply to this institution. It already has many features, and continues to evolve. The official website cabinets.fss.ru is intended for three categories of users:

  • insured persons;
  • policyholders;
  • workers of medical and sanitary expertise (ITU).

For ordinary citizens, only the “Insured’s Cabinet” section is needed, which allows you to view the electronic sick leave through “Government Services”, clarify the due payments to the mother with the newborn and other functions. That is, "Personal Account" is available:

  • to check compensation for sick leave (BL), including for pregnancy and childbirth;
  • viewing electronic certificates of incapacity for work;
  • checking and searching for BL by date, number, name, and other parameters;
  • printing of sick leaves if necessary;
  • viewing accrued and transferred state benefits;
  • free access to personal information.

This is only a part of the functions for working with the BL.

Login to "Personal Account"

To use all the features of the LC, there are two ways to enter: through the Unified Portal of Public Services and directly to the FSS after registering there. Viewing the sick leave through the "Gosuslugi" is available only to users with a verified identity. This is the easiest way to authorize through the ESIA system. Thus, by creating an account on the e-government portal once, any citizen can use almost all available services in different organizations in the region of residence.

You can get acquainted with the possibilities of the portal in the following way. Go to cabinets.fss.ru. Then select the section of the insured person.

By clicking on the "Login to the account" button, the user will be redirected by the system to the authorization page through the "Public Services". The login and password is entered exactly the same as on the e-government portal. The service redirects the user to the FSS LC.

You can view the sick leave through "Public Services" by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner. A window with personal information about the insured person appears:

  • initials and gender;
  • SNILS;
  • passport data;
  • benefits and disability data, if such data exists;
  • Contact Information.

Important! Insured people cannot change anything, only view. In case of detection of errors or corrections, they are obliged to contact the FSS, providing an evidence base in the form of relevant documents.

Logging out is easy. By clicking on the dots in the right corner, the necessary command will be in the drop-down window.

You can study the electronic sick leave in the "Sick leave" section located at the top of the page. It contains the following information:

  • whether there was a period of inpatient treatment with numbers and number of days;
  • whether there was a violation of the regimen prescribed by the doctor;

  • information about ITU;
  • if the document is issued for the care of another person, then his data and diagnosis.

On this tab, other disability sheets are also available for viewing. You can quickly find the required BC using the filter by criteria or parameters. Having selected a sick leave, the patient can print it. For this, it stands out desired document and press the print button.

The insured user can always control government payments in the "Benefits and payments" section. By setting a few parameters, it will be easy to identify the desired document. How to make a request?
