Choose a metal tape by parameters, photo, cost.

Standardization is a capacious, complex and multifaceted science. It is in it that the term GOST is often found - a set of templates used in relation to all kinds of objects. Realizable - created in accordance with the established specifications and must meet the norms and standards defined by the state, based on the degree of usefulness of the object of standardization. Thanks to state coordination and regulations, each product acquires certain, unique characteristics, production secrets, norms and criteria for the selection of raw materials, their volumes, and so on.

Do not forget about the features that may become the basis for non-compliance with GOST. So, for example, the tape web may have permissible deviations on its surface in the form of scale, technical lubricant, dents on the edges and other options, but the presence of flaws and delaminations on the web is never allowed.

The purchase form of the product is a bay, which can be bought on the LENTAPAK website, differing in weight and width:
- with a width of 15-20 mm, the weight of the roll may not exceed 25 kg;
- with a width of more than 20 mm, the weight of the roll can reach 120 kg.

In accordance with GOST, it enters storage or is shipped in batches that have passed a mandatory check in terms of appearance, parameters and properties, while at least 1% of the goods in the batch are subjected to a thorough check. If during the verification tests for any parameter a result is revealed that does not meet the regulatory requirements, then, according to the requirements, repeated inspections in the batch are organized, while the number of samples of goods is doubled.

In order to get acquainted with the methods of inspection and testing, quality control of steel sheet surfaces, the correctness of marking and everything that high quality should have, it is necessary to carefully study and take into account possible changes made to new editions of such regulations.

Steel packing tape 0.7x20 GOST 3560-73- it is high quality strapping tape which fits perfectly for packing goods. Such products can be purchased at any time and in a variety of versions. But about that how many meters in spools, in a bay, in a roll, as well as dimensions, and correspondingly, characteristics, if necessary, you can clarify when talking with the manager of the company. But price for 1 meter, as well as, respectively, then how many meters in 1 ton, is at an acceptable and most profitable level.

Steel tape: why is it worth it buy from manufacturer?

Steel packaging tape 0.7x20 GOST 3560-73 is a metal tape made of steel material, which is excellent for use under the guise of packaging. It occupies a leading position among all currently existing options for packaging material. The product is considered not only convenient to use, but also quite simple. Unlike the wire version, such a product will never leave various marks, as well as the dents themselves.

Strapping tape of this type has the following rather important characteristics.

Metal tape 20x0.7 mm is the most reliable packaging method. It is excellently suited to ensure that even the heaviest types of cargo are secured as firmly as possible, regardless of the prevailing climatic conditions. Compared to other packaging materials, the steel strap is not subject to rupture on directly sharp edges.

The metal tape 20x0.7 mm is made of low-carbon steel, and also taking into account the GOST itself. Regardless of this, the product can be either hard-worked and soft, or, accordingly, semi-hard-worked.

According to such an indicator as the strength factor, this type of tape is more than once capable of yielding to the usual version. Additionally, it should be noted that a large number of modern spheres, where there are certain standards, as well as norms, need to pack products in exactly this way using this type of metal tape. Initially, this should include rail transportation, which is associated with the transportation various kinds cargo.

Steel tape of this type is considered to be quite in demand in areas related to the strapping of heavy, as well as large-sized cargo. For example, for strapping, as well as direct packaging of finishing or building type materials. Additionally, it should include both timber processing enterprises and organizations for the production of pulp and paper products, as well as metal products. Other areas that are associated with the transportation or transportation of heavy or medium cargo are no exception.

For stacking and direct stacking of goods in more than one single layer, steel tape is considered the most convenient. In this situation, it is the most optimal for its own characteristics. For any type of cargo, special methods of fastening a similar version of the tape are used. In this situation, specialized and high-quality packaging devices are used, as well as the smallest packaging equipment.

As a result of the packaging of cargo using steel tape, it is possible to provide the tightest possible fixation, which may be required for a huge number of loading and unloading operations. Additionally, packaging of this type is guaranteed to preserve the overall dimensions of the products themselves, both during transportation and during direct storage.

The tape is made from high-quality metal raw materials on advanced equipment. In addition, it should be noted that the products of this type fully comply with the current European standards. Thanks to this, the supply of products from a domestic manufacturer is carried out even in various other states. In any situation, the following types of steel are used for the manufacture of such a tape:

  1. Semi-hardened.
  2. Soft.
  3. Hard-worked.

The stainless steel packing strap is manufactured to the highest standards. The low-carbon steel used in this case is characterized by the presence highest quality. Additionally, it should be noted here and an excellent level of strength factor.

You can buy a wire of this type with the presence of a coating not only just lacquer, but also, accordingly, anti-corrosion. This type of coating at the same time prevents the likelihood of rust marks on the product that has been packaged. Due to this, the service life itself is also significantly increased. Additionally, there are tapes with a wax coating. They can greatly facilitate the work of fixtures when tightening. It is also worth noting the significant safety of the instrument.

If necessary, it is possible to cut the tape, even not too standard size. The standard weight of one coil itself is in the range of approximately 50 kg. But depending on such an indicator as length, then in one bay there can even be about 200 meters of products.

Tape of this type can be supplied in special rolls with the presence of both multi-row and single-row winding. To fix it in a really right way, specialists use both pneumatic and, accordingly, mechanical equipment.

To order products, one single call is enough. Where necessary, professional advice will also be provided. It is possible to purchase any number of products. And its cost is always at the maximum acceptable level.

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 3)

2.3. There should be no flaws or delaminations on the surface of the tape. A thin layer of scale, small prints, risks and small films, as well as the presence of technological lubricant are allowed.

On the edges of the tape, individual dents are allowed with a size of not more than half of the maximum deviations along the width of the tape.

2.4. By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, the tape is made with a crescent not exceeding 5 mm per 1 m of length.

2.5. The tape must be produced in rolls. Roll weight is set:

for a tape 15 - 20 mm wide - from 20 to 80 kg;

for a tape with a width of more than 20 mm - from 40 to 200 kg.

Rolls of tape weighing at least 5 kg are allowed in the amount of 15% of the lot.

2.4; 2.5.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. The tape is accepted in batches. The batch must consist of a tape of the same size, material condition, the same manufacturing accuracy and be accompanied by a quality document containing:

trademark or name and trademark of the manufacturer;

conditional designation of the tape;

test results;

lot net weight;

number of rolls or packages;

batch number.

3.2. Checking the appearance, dimensions and mechanical properties is subjected to 1% of the rolls of the batch, but not less than two rolls.

3.3. If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least one of the indicators, a second test is carried out on it on a double number of samples taken from the rolls that did not pass the tests.

The retest results apply to the entire lot.

3.1 - 3.3. (Changed edition, Rev. No. 2, 3).

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The dimensions of the tape and the size of defects on the edges of the tape must be checked with a micrometer (GOST 6507, GOST 4381), calipers (GOST 166) and other means of measuring the appropriate accuracy.

Measurement of the thickness of the tape is carried out at a distance of at least 10 mm from the edge, and tapes with a width of less than 20 mm - in the middle of its width.

4.2. Quality control of the surface and edges is carried out visually on the 2nd - 5th turn of the roll.

4.1; 4.2. (Revised edition, Rev. No. 4).

4.3a. From each selected roll of tape cut one sample for each type of test.

(Introduced additionally, Amendment No. 2).

4.3. The tensile test is carried out on samples of type I or II according to GOST 11701.

It is allowed to test a tape with a width of 20 mm or more on samples with an initial estimated lengthl 0 = 80 mm and wide b 0 = 20 mm, and the test of a tape with a width of less than 20 mm is carried out on samples with a width equal to the width of the manufactured tapebwith the initial estimated length of the samplel 0 = 4 b.

The test specimens are cut along the rolling direction.

4.4. The crescent shape is checked by combining the edges of a 1 m long tape sample with a straight line, while the measurement is made with a ruler according to GOST 427 in the place of greatest curvature.

4.3; 4.4. (Revised edition, Rev. No. 4).

5. PACKAGING, LABELING TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

1 - waterproof paper; 2 - a metal sheet;
3 - wooden pallet; 4 - metal bands.

Packing is done in one of the following ways:

I stack rolls on wooden or metal pallets in a stack weighing up to 1.25 tons and attach to the pallet with four metal tapes in accordance with GOST 3560 or other regulatory and technical documentation;

the rolls are stacked in a pile weighing up to 5 tons, wrapped with a metal sheet made according to the normative and technical documentation, and the vertical arrangement of the rolls is firmly fixed with at least two transverse and one longitudinal metal strips from a tape according to GOST 3560 or according to other normative and technical documentation (see . ).

By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, a protective lubricant is applied to the tape, followed by packaging:

rolls are wrapped with a layer of paper, then with a layer of polymer film or fabric and tied in at least three places with soft wire or tape in accordance with GOST 3282, GOST 3560 or other regulatory and technical documentation.

The following are used as packaging materials:

waxed paper in accordance with GOST 9569, two-layer packaging paper in accordance with GOST 8828, oiled paper and other paper that provides protection against corrosion, made according to regulatory and technical documentation;

polymer film according to GOST 10354, GOST 16272 and other - according to regulatory and technical documentation;

tare canvas-stitched fabric - according to normative and technical documentation;

other materials that exclude the use of cotton and linen fabrics and do not impair the quality of packaging, as well as a sutured flap from textile industry waste.

Used as a lubricant:

a mixture of ZhKB and industrial oil in accordance with GOST 20799 in a ratio of 1: 1, a mixture of conservation oil NG-203A in accordance with OST 38.01436-87 and industrial oil in accordance with GOST 20799 in a ratio of 1: 1, industrial oil in accordance with GOST 20799 + 15% additive AKOR-1 according to GOST 15171 or other types of preservation oils or mixtures with a different ratio of components, the protective properties of which are equivalent to those listed.

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 2, 3, 4).

5.3. Joint linking of several rolls is allowed. The total width of the bundled rolls in this case should not exceed 250 mm; compliance with the requirements is mandatory. By agreement with the consumer, other ways of packing the tape are allowed, which ensure its safety during storage and transportation and exclude its corrosion.
