Radomir (Jesus Christ), who could walk on water...

As I told you earlier, people must be able to direct and manage them correctly, Isidora. Only then is it possible to fully control them.
– But you will never be able to control entire nations! .. For this, armies are needed, Holiness! And even assuming that you would somehow subjugate these peoples, I am sure that again there would be brave people who would lead the rest to win their freedom.
“You are absolutely right, Madonna,” Caraffa nodded. - Peoples do not submit voluntarily - they must be subordinated! But I'm not a warrior, and I don't like to fight. This creates great and unnecessary inconvenience... Therefore, in order to subdue peacefully, I use a very simple and reliable method - I destroy their past... For without a past, a person is vulnerable... He loses his ancestral roots if he does not have a past. And just then, confused and unprotected, he becomes a “clean canvas” on which I can write any story! .. And believe me, dear Isidora, people only rejoice at this ... because, I repeat, they cannot live without a past (even if they don't want to admit it to themselves). And when there is none, they accept anything, just not to “hang” in the unknown, which is much more terrible for them than any other, fictional “story”.
– And do you really think that no one sees what is really happening?.. After all, there are so many smart, gifted people on Earth! I exclaimed indignantly.
- Why don't they see it? The chosen ones see it, and even try to show it to others. But we “clean them up” from time to time... And everything falls into place again.
– Just as you once “cleaned up” the family of Christ and Magdalene? Or today – the gifted ones?.. What is this “god” to whom you pray, Your Holiness? What kind of monster needs all these sacrifices?!
– If we are speaking frankly, I do not pray to the gods, Isidora... I live by REASON. Well, God is needed only by the helpless and poor in spirit. For those who are used to asking for help... for benefits... and for everything in the world! Just don't fight on your own!.. These are little people, Isidora! And they deserve to be managed! And the rest is a matter of time. That is why I am asking you to help me live until the day when I gain full power in this insignificant world!.. Then you will see that I was not joking, and that the Earth will completely obey me! I will make my empire out of it... Oh, I only need time!.. And you will give it to me, Isidora. You just don't know about it yet.
I looked at Karaffa in shock, once again realizing that in fact he is much more dangerous than I previously imagined. And I knew for sure that he would never have the right to continue to exist. Caraffa was a Pope who did not believe in his God!!! He was worse than I could have imagined! .. After all, you can try to somehow understand when a person commits some kind of evil in the name of his ideals. This could not be forgiven, but somehow one could understand ... But Caraffa lied in this too! .. He lied in everything. And that made it scary...
– Do you know anything about Qatar, Your Holiness?.. – I asked him impatiently. I'm pretty sure you've read a lot about it. It was a wonderful Faith, wasn't it? Much more truthful than the one that your church so falsely boasts of! .. It was real, not like your today's empty talk ...
I think (as I often did!) I deliberately angered him, not paying attention to the consequences. Caraffa was not going to let go or feel sorry for us. Therefore, without remorse, I allowed myself this last harmless pleasure ... But as it turned out, Caraffa was not going to be offended ... He patiently listened to me, not paying attention to my causticity. Then he got up and calmly said:
- If you are interested in the history of these heretics - do not deny yourself the pleasure, go to the library. I hope you still remember where it is? I nodded. - You will find a lot of interesting things there ... See you, Madonna.
At the very door he suddenly stopped.
– Yes, by the way… Today you can talk to Anna. The evening is at your complete disposal.
And turning on his heels, he left the room.
My heart skipped a beat. I suffered so much without my sweet girl! .. I wanted to hug her so much! .. But I was in no hurry to rejoice. I knew Karaffa. I knew that at the slightest change in his mood, he could very easily cancel everything. Therefore, mentally gathering myself and trying not to hope too much for the “bright” promise of the Pope, I decided to immediately take advantage of the permission and visit the papal library that had once greatly shocked me ...
Having strayed a bit in the familiar corridors, I nevertheless quickly found the right door and, pressing a small elegant lever, got into the same huge room filled to the ceiling with books and hand-written scrolls. Everything here looked exactly the same as before - as if no one had ever bothered themselves, using such a wonderful storehouse of someone else's wisdom ... Although I knew for sure that Caraffa carefully studied every, even the most ordinary-looking book, every manuscript that fell into this amazing book treasury ...
Not hoping to quickly find the material of interest to me in this chaos, I tuned in with my favorite method of “blind looking” (I think scanning was once called that) and immediately saw the right corner, in which manuscripts were stacked in whole piles ... Thick and single-sheeted, nondescript and embroidered with golden threads, they lay, as if calling to look into them, to plunge into that amazing and unfamiliar to me, the mystical world of Cathars, about which I knew almost nothing ... but which unconditionally attracted me even now, when a terrible misfortune hung over me and Anna and there was no hope of salvation.
My attention was drawn to a nondescript, well-read booklet, sewn with coarse thread, which looked faded and lonely among the many thick books and gilded scrolls... Looking at the cover, I was surprised to see letters unfamiliar to me, although I could read in very many languages known at that time. This interested me even more. Carefully taking the book in my hands and looking around, I sat down on the window sill free from books and, tuning in to an unfamiliar handwriting, began to “look” ...
The words lined up in an unusual way, but such amazing warmth emanated from them, as if the book really spoke to me ... I heard a soft, affectionate, very tired female voice that tried to tell me its story ...
If I understood correctly, it was someone's short diary.
– My name is Esclarmonde de Pereille… I am a child of the Light, the “daughter” of Magdalene… I am Qatar. I believe in Good and in Knowledge. Like my mother, my husband, and my friends, - the story of a stranger sounded sad. – Today I live my last day on this earth… I can't believe it!.. The servants of Satan gave us two weeks. Tomorrow, at dawn, our time ends...
My throat was seized with excitement ... It was exactly what I was looking for - a real eyewitness story !!! The one who survived all the horror and pain of destruction ... Who felt the death of relatives and friends firsthand. Who was the true Qatar!..
Again, as with everything else, the Catholic Church lied shamelessly. And this, as I now understand, was done not only by Caraffa ...
Spilling mud on someone else's, hated for them faith, the clergy (most likely, on the orders of the then Pope) in secret from everyone collected any information found about this faith - the shortest manuscript, the most read book ... Everything that (killing) was easy to find so that later, secretly, as deeply as possible, study all this and, if possible, use any revelation that is understandable to them.
For everyone else, it was shamelessly announced that all this “heresy” was burned to the very last leaf, since it carried the most dangerous teachings of the Devil ...

This is where the true records of Qatar were located!!! Together with the rest of the "heretical" wealth, they shamelessly hid in the lair of the "most holy" Popes, at the same time ruthlessly destroying the owners who once wrote them.
My hatred for the Pope grew and grew stronger every day, although it seemed impossible to hate more ... Right now, seeing all the shameless lies and cold, calculating violence, my heart and mind were outraged to the last human limit! .. I did not I could think calmly. Although once (it seemed that it was a very long time ago!), Having just fallen into the hands of Cardinal Caraffa, I promised myself not to give in to feelings for anything in the world ... in order to survive. True, I didn’t know then how terrible and merciless my fate would be ... Therefore, even now, despite my confusion and indignation, I forcibly tried to somehow gather myself and again returned to the story of a sad diary ...

It appeared after the Great Patriotic War, when it became clear that the harsh lessons of the war require not only deep learning, but also scientific generalization, systematization. The military leaders who went through the crucible of battles could do this most reliably and competently.

Zhukov was not honored

In order to use the knowledge and experience of those who completed their service due to age or illness in senior positions in the Ministry of Defense, a special unit was created, which was personally led by the head of the department. They called it the Group of Inspectors General, and in everyday life they soon began to call it the "Paradise Group".

“Petty scores for the leadership of the country turned out to be more important than the vast combat experience of Marshal of Victory”

The group of general inspectors of the USSR Ministry of Defense was established by Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated January 30, 1958 No. 149-63, which stated: “In order to use the accumulated knowledge and experience of marshals, admirals, army generals, colonel generals and some lieutenants and vice admirals who have reached such an age when, due to health reasons and the prospects for their further use, they cannot continue to work at full capacity, establish a Group of General Inspectors of the USSR Ministry of Defense.

The order of the Minister of Defense of the USSR No. 037 dated February 12, 1958 specified that the Group of Inspectors General of the USSR Ministry of Defense is an organization that performs periodic tasks on certain important issues of combat and operational training of troops, the construction and further development of the Armed Forces, the theory and history of military art and military equipment.

The group established the positions of general inspectors (Marshals of the Soviet Union, Chief Marshals and Admirals of the Fleet of the Soviet Union), military inspectors-advisers (marshals of military branches, generals of the army and some admirals) and military consultants (admirals, colonel generals, lieutenant generals and vice admirals). Main tasks:

  • periodic trips to the troops for maneuvers, command-staff and military exercises to study and test individual critical issues on instructions from the Minister of Defense;
  • study and development of the most important questions on the construction and further development of the Armed Forces;
  • development of individual questions of the theory of military art;
  • preparation of conclusions on military-theoretical, military-technical and military-historical works, as well as individual proposals related to the solution of military-theoretical and military-technical problems;
  • lecturing at military academies;
  • participation in military-scientific and scientific research work, as well as the implementation of other responsible assignments on the instructions of the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff.

The fulfillment of these tasks should not have replaced the work of the Main Inspectorate and other bodies of the Ministry of Defense.

In 1958, Marshal of the Soviet Union A. Eremenko, Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union I. Isakov, Chief Marshal of Artillery N. Voronov, Marshal of the Signal Corps I. Peresypkin, Army Generals A. Gorbatov, S. Poplavsky, I. Tyulenev were appointed to the Group of Inspectors General. , A. Khrulev, Admirals P. Abankin, N. Basisty, G. Levchenko, Admiral-engineer A. Berg, Colonel-Generals V. Belokoskov, I. Boldin, I. Susaykov, P. Chechulin, M. Shalin, M. Sharokhin, M. Shumilov, lieutenant generals A. Pronin, M. Pronin.

But two years later, by order of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR N. Khrushchev dated July 20, 1960, the Group of Inspectors General began to enroll only from the rank of army general and only in some cases "for special merits" - colonel generals. Interestingly, of the great commanders who lived at that time - the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, who retired, Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Zhukov, who was in disgrace, was not included in the group. Unfortunately, the political expediency for the leadership of the country of that time turned out to be more important than the vast combat experience of Marshal of Victory. In fact, Khrushchev and his entourage settled petty scores with the famous military leader.

General's sequestration

In the early 1980s, there were no military consultants in the group. Two positions remained: inspector general (Marshal of the Soviet Union, Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union, chief marshal of the branch of service) and inspector-adviser (general of the army, marshal of the branch of service).

The department was located in the complex of buildings of the Ministry of Defense on Frunzenskaya Embankment on the 5th and 6th floors. Each inspector general was assigned a referent and assistant adjutant. The inspector generals continued to serve, went to the troops, carried out deputy, military scientific work, wrote books on military affairs and memoirs. Over the years, the group included from 30 to 40 former military leaders, almost all the Marshals of the Soviet Union, marshals of the military branches of the USSR and army generals who lived at that time and were dismissed from high posts due to age.

In 1988, the USSR Minister of Defense Dmitry Yazov reduced the Group of Inspectors General by half - all colonel generals were fired from it. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, even more difficult times came. The department was abolished by decree of Russian President Boris Yeltsin No. 13 of January 11, 1992, 53 people were dismissed - chief marshals of military branches and marshals of military branches, army generals, fleet admirals, colonel generals, admirals. Legal basis The elimination of the Group of Inspectors General was the establishment by the President of the Russian Federation of the maximum service life for colonel generals and army generals - 60 years.

The leader of the group at the time of its liquidation was the 81-year-old Marshal of the Soviet Union, former Minister of Defense of the USSR S. Sokolov.

At the same time, some inspectors general - Marshals of the Soviet Union S. Sokolov, V. Kulikov, N. Ogarkov, V. Petrov, after its liquidation by the same decree of Yeltsin, were not dismissed from military service, but were transferred to the positions of advisers to the High Command of the CIS Joint Armed Forces.

Reincarnation of Inspectors

But the new challenges of the time, a certain vacuum that arose after the abolition of the group in comprehending new areas of armed struggle, generalizing the experience of local wars and conflicts, could not exist indefinitely. And on April 28, 2008, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation signed Directive No. D-31 on the creation of the Service of General Inspectors. On June 26, 2008, Order No. 345 of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation “On the Service of General Inspectors of the Ministry of Defense” was issued.

On December 30, 2008, the first certificates of general inspectors were presented at the Cultural Center of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Initially, the Service of General Inspectors included Marshal of the Soviet Union S. Sokolov, Marshal of the Soviet Union D. Yazov, army generals A. Betekhtin, F. Bobkov, M. Gareev, N. Grachev, V. Ermakov, I. Efremov, fleet admiral I. Captain, Generals of the Army K. Kochetov, V. Lobov, Admiral of the Fleet K. Makarov, Marshal of Artillery V. Mikhalkin, Generals of the Army M. Moiseev, S. Postnikov, V. Prudnikov, Air Marshal I. Pstygo, General of the Army V. Samsonov, Fleet Admiral A. Sorokin, Colonel General I. Fuzhenko, Fleet Admiral V. Chernavin, Army Generals V. Shuralev, Yu. Yashin, Yu. Yakubov.

In 2011, the Service of Inspectors General was renamed the Office of Inspectors General. Its main task was "to promote the organization of combat and operational training of troops, the construction and further development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the development of the theory and history of military art, and the education of personnel." Today, the office is located in the old building of the General Staff of the Russian Defense Ministry on Znamenka. The structure includes former senior military leaders who are retired: commanders-in-chief of types of the Armed Forces and combat arms, commanders of military districts and fleets, some former heads of the main and central departments of the Ministry of Defense.

It is no coincidence that Sergei Shoigu, just starting to work in a new post, immediately turned to the experience and knowledge of veteran military leaders. At the beginning of 2013, he personally met with the inspectors general of the Office of Inspectors General, consulted with them and shared plans for the further development of the Armed Forces, the elimination and correction of the consequences of Serdyukovism.

In 2017, a small emblem and insignia were developed for belonging to the Office of Inspectors General of the RF Ministry of Defense. As of October 1, 2017, the Office of Inspectors General of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation included 28 people.

Our response to network centrism

Strategic and technological forecasting plays an important role in matters of national security, national defense management and defense construction. Inspector Generals thoroughly know all the problems of recruiting troops, determining the required composition of the Armed Forces and mobilization resources, command and control of troops and logistics support for troops, equipping the army and navy with weapons, military and special equipment. At the same time, it is important that they are familiar with the problems and are able to suggest ways to solve them.

There are no more experienced experts in matters of combat and operational training of troops, construction and reform of the Armed Forces than the former military leaders who held the highest positions. An important role of inspectors general is to develop and promote their own forms and methods of using force groupings not according to the Western, but according to the domestic model. At present, the idea is being actively introduced into the minds of the military-political leadership of Russia that future wars will, as a rule, be network-centric and non-contact. The concept is based on the rejection of the use of large groupings of troops in favor of mainly high-precision weapons and information warfare. However, an analysis of the hostilities conducted by the United States over the past 20 years shows that the doctrine is good in conflicts of low and medium intensity, and against a deliberately weak enemy that does not have modern means of reconnaissance, destruction, automation of control and communications. Therefore, network-centrism cannot be regarded as a panacea for solving problems in the Russian Armed Forces. And if the theories imposed by the United States prevail, the RF Armed Forces will begin to prepare for a war in which there will be no chance of victory. Therefore, the general inspectors propose as an "asymmetric response" to prepare a contact war using all the weapons and military equipment available in the country. The nature and outcome of such a war will be completely different.

The role of general inspectors is also significant in the light of the fierce military-historical confrontation concerning the Second World War.

Often the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people, who liberated Europe from the brown plague, is interpreted by some Western and, alas, our historians and politicians as a war of conquest by Stalin, who sought to spread communism throughout the world.

These and similar fabrications that have appeared in recent years are innumerable. And who, if not acting general inspectors, who are veterans of the Great Patriotic War capable of conveying the historical truth to people.

The opinion of the general inspectors should also be heeded when selecting candidates for the highest positions in the defense department itself. Inattention to the opinion of veteran military leaders leads to the fact that even amateurs can be admitted to the leadership of the Armed Forces, who cause enormous harm. In this regard, we can recall Anatoly Serdyukov, an expert in the field of taxes, fees and furniture trade, as well as a specialist in turnover control alcoholic products Ekaterina Priezzheva, head of the Department of Education of the RF Ministry of Defense. Thanks to her efforts, the system of military education and science in the Armed Forces suffered considerable damage. In particular, several major military academies and universities were liquidated, and the number of teachers was reduced by seven times. The officers of the Ministry of Defense began to be trained according to the three-level Bologna system, which led to a sharp decrease in the quality of officer training. The echoes of these "reforms" are felt to this day. All this is especially important in connection with the fact that some Russian politicians still propose to appoint a civilian or a woman as head of the military department, as in some Western countries. There are still many unresolved military problems, and new tasks constantly arise that the current inspectors general of the Ministry of Defense have to solve.

12.02.2018 (14:08)

Surely, not all members of the veteran organization of the Armed Forces know that they created it and have been headed by inspectors general of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for 10 years already. Army General Mikhail Moiseev stood at the origins of the organization, and in recent years it has been successfully led by Army General Viktor Yermakov. On February 12, the inspectors general celebrate the 60th anniversary of their office.

A unique unit - the Group of General Inspectors, in the common people - the "paradise group", was created by order of the Minister of Defense of the USSR No. 037 of February 12, 1958 on the basis of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR No. Armed Forces of the accumulated knowledge and experience of marshals, admirals, generals of the army, colonel-generals and some lieutenant-generals and vice-admirals who have reached an age when, for health reasons and the prospects for their further use, they cannot continue to work at full capacity ... ".

Marshal of the Soviet Union A. Eremenko, Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union I. Isakov, Chief Marshal of Artillery N. Voronov, Marshal of the Signal Corps I. Peresypkin, Army Generals A. Gorbatov, S. Poplavsky, I. Tyulenev were among the first to be appointed to its composition. , A. Khrulev, Admirals P. Abankin, N. Basisty, G. Levchenko, Admiral-engineer A. Berg, Colonel-Generals V. Belokoskov, I. Boldin, I. Susaykov, P. Chechulin, M. Shalin, M. Sharokhin, M. Shumilov, lieutenant generals A. Pronin, M. Pronin.

In accordance with the tasks assigned to the inspectors general, they periodically went to the troops for maneuvers, command-staff and military exercises to study and verify certain critical issues of troop training. On the instructions of the Minister of Defense, they participated in the study and development of the most important issues of building and further development of the Armed Forces, the study of individual issues of the theory of military art. The level of training and rich professional experience of veteran military commanders was widely used in military science and research work, when preparing conclusions on military-theoretical, military-technical and military-historical works, as well as individual proposals related to the solution of military-theoretical and military-technical problems. Lectures and practical exercises with the participation of inspectors general enjoyed great prestige at the military academies.

Over the years, the group included from 30 to 40 former military leaders, almost all the Marshals of the Soviet Union, marshals of the military branches of the USSR and army generals who lived at that time and were dismissed from high posts due to age. Over the years of the existence of the Group (Service, Directorate) of inspectors general of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, 230 prominent military leaders worked in it, including 20 Marshals of the Soviet Union, who made a significant contribution to the study and development of the most important issues of building and further development of the Armed Forces, military scientific work and left a solid literary heritage to future generations of defenders of the Fatherland.

Among them are world famous military leaders twice Heroes of the Soviet Union Marshals of the Soviet Union Konstantin Konstantinovich Rokossovsky, Ivan Khristoforovich Bagramyan, Alexander Mikhailovich Vasilevsky, Ivan Stepanovich Konev, Vasily Ivanovich Chuikov, three times Heroes of the Soviet Union Air Marshals Ivan Nikitovich Kozhedub and Alexander Ivanovich Pokryshkin, twice Heroes of the Soviet Union , Heroes of Czechoslovakia Marshals of the Soviet Union Dmitry Danilovich Lelyushenko and Kirill Semenovich Moskalenko, Hero of the Soviet Union, Minister of Defense of the USSR Marshal of the Soviet Union Sergei Leonidovich Sokolov, Hero of the Soviet Union, Commander-in-Chief of the United Armed Forces of the countries participating in the Warsaw Pact - First Deputy Minister of Defense of the USSR Marshal of the Soviet Union Viktor Georgievich Kulikov and others.

In 1992, the Service of General Inspectors was abolished, 53 people were dismissed - chief marshals of the military branches and marshals of the military branches, army generals, fleet admirals, colonel generals, admirals.

But it's time to "gather the stones." On April 28, 2008, by directive of the Minister of Defense of Russia No. D-31, the Service of General Inspectors was re-established, which became the successor to the liquidated Group of General Inspectors. The main task of the newly created service was "to promote the organization of combat and operational training of troops, the construction and further development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the development of the theory and history of military art, and the education of personnel."

The Service of General Inspectors included Marshals of the Soviet Union S. Sokolov, D. Yazov, army generals A. Betekhtin, F. Bobkov, M. Gareev, N. Grachev, V. Ermakov, I. Efremov, K. Kochetov, V. Lobov , M. Moiseev, S. Postnikov, V. Prudnikov, V. Samsonov, V. Shuralev, Yu. Yashin, Yu. Yakubov, fleet admirals I. Kapitanets, K. Makarov, A. Sorokin, V. Chernavin, Marshal of Artillery V Mikhalkin, Air Marshal I. Pstygo, Colonel General I. Fuzhenko. In 2011, the Service of Inspectors General was renamed the Office of Inspectors General.

The experience of military organizational development shows that there are no more experienced experts in matters of combat and operational training of troops, development and reform of the Armed Forces than former military leaders who held the highest positions. Inspectors General thoroughly know all the problems of recruiting troops, determining the required composition of the Armed Forces and mobilization resources, command and control of troops and logistics support for troops, equipping the army and navy with weapons, military and special equipment. Like no one else, they are familiar with the problems in these issues, and are able to suggest ways to solve them.

At present, the Office of General Inspectors of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Defense includes 29 military leaders. Among them are five especially respected participants in the Great Patriotic War: former Minister of Defense of the USSR Marshal of the Soviet Union Dmitry Timofeevich Yazov, President of the Academy of Military Sciences General of the Army Makhmut Akhmetovich Gareev, Permanent head of the United Veterans Organization of the CIS countries Admiral of the Fleet Alexei Ivanovich Sorokin, General of the Army Filipp Denisovich Bobkov, Hero of the Soviet Union Colonel-General Yuri Fedorovich Zarudin. Many of the inspectors general head all-Russian, regional and international veteran organizations, take part in meetings of the Collegium of the Ministry of Defense, work in state attestation commissions in higher military schools. Veterans-military leaders make a significant contribution to the activation of the military-patriotic education of young defenders of the Fatherland.

The Directorate is located in the historical building of the Ministry of Defense on Znamenka, 19 next to the Memorial Cabinet-Museum of Marshal of the Soviet Union Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov. Since 2013, he has been performing the duties of a senior in the Directorate, having taken over from the Marshals of the Soviet Union I.Kh Bagramyan and S.L. Sokolova, General of the Army Yuri Nikolaevich Yakubov.

On the eve of the anniversary, through the efforts of Yu. Yakubov and the staff of the department for ensuring the activities of the Office of General Inspectors, which has been headed by Colonel Alexander Stepanov for five years now, a library of management was created, the basis of which is the works of general inspectors, the Historical Form and a complete list of inspectors general who served in the department were restored since 1958. In addition, the heraldic symbols of the department of inspectors general were developed and approved, which made it possible to produce the Flag of the department and badges of belonging to the UGI Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Compared to the Red Army, which celebrates its 100th anniversary on February 23, the administration is still young. Regardless of age, inspectors general are always close to the leadership of the Armed Forces and are its strategic reserve.

In conclusion, I would like to sincerely congratulate the veteran military leaders of the Office of Inspectors General on their glorious anniversary and wish them good health, longevity and new great successes in serving the Fatherland!
