1.3.1.2. The surface of the tapes must be clean, i.e. free from contaminants that hinder inspection. Separate surface defects are allowed that do not lead the tape during the control stripping beyond the maximum deviations in thickness, tint colors, local redness, slight darkening, as well as traces of technological lubricant on solid tapes and traces of unburned technological lubricant on annealed tapes.

1.3.1.3. The tapes must be evenly cut and must not have significant (according to GOST 15467) burrs and warping. Wavy and torn edges are not allowed. Slight waviness is allowed, disappearing at the control bend.

Separate nicks are allowed at the ends of the rolls, which do not prevent the unwinding of the roll and do not lead the tape beyond the maximum deviations in width.

The crescent of the tapes should not exceed: with a width of up to 100 mm inclusive - 4 mm per 1 m of length, with a width of more than 100 mm - 3 mm per 1 m of length.

The deflection should not exceed 1 mm for tapes with a width of 10 to 100 mm and 1 mm for every 100 mm of width for tapes over 100 mm wide.

1.3.1.4. The mechanical properties of the tapes, depending on the state and brand of brass, must correspond to those indicated in Table. 5.

A batch is considered valid if the number of rolls that do not meet the requirements of Table. 2, pp. 1.3, 1.2, 1.3.1.3, less than the rejection number given in Table. ten.

It is allowed for the manufacturer to control each roll of the lot.

2.5. For tensile testing, drawing a spherical hole, bending and to determine the size of the grain, three rolls are taken from the batch from each full and incomplete 1000 kg.

In the production of enlarged rolls by welding, it is allowed for the manufacturer to test for tension, drawing a spherical hole, deflection and to determine the grain size from a batch, select three rolls from each full and incomplete 3000 kg of the batch.

2.6. The chemical composition of the tapes is determined on two rolls taken from the batch.

It is allowed at the manufacturing plant to carry out sampling from molten metal.

2.7. Upon receipt of unsatisfactory test results for at least one of the indicators according to pp. 2.5 and 2.6 it is retested on a double sample taken from the same lot. The results of the repeated test shall be applied to the entire batch.

3. CONTROL METHODS

3.1. The control of dimensions, appearance, crescent and deflection is carried out with a given probability of 96% (acceptance defectiveness level AQL = 4%).

3.2. The appearance of the tapes is checked by inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

3.3. The thickness of the tapes is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 or a lever micrometer according to GOST 4381.

Measurement of the tape thickness is carried out at a distance of at least 100 mm from the end and at least 10 mm from the edge. For tapes with a width of 20 mm or less, the measurement is carried out in the middle.

The thickness of the tape is measured on each selected roll at the points located evenly-randomly along the length of the roll.

The length of the tape (L) in meters is calculated by the formula

,

where D and d are, respectively, the outer and inner diameters of the roll, measured with a ruler according to GOST 427, mm;

a - tape thickness, mm.

The results of measuring the thickness of the tape that do not meet the requirements of table. 1 must not differ from allowed more than half of the tolerance zone.

(Revised edition, Rev.No. 1).

3.4. The width of the tape is measured with a caliper according to GOST 166.

3.6. Tape deflection is measured according to GOST 26877 in one place on any section of the roll at a distance of at least 100 mm from the end.

3.7. For tensile testing, one sample is cut from each selected roll. Sampling for tensile testing is carried out according to GOST 24047.

The tensile test of tapes is carried out according to GOST 11701 on samples of type I or II with and mm. The tensile test of tapes with a width of less than 20 mm is carried out on samples with a width equal to the width of the tape, while the edges of the samples can be machined.

3.8. To test the drawing of a spherical hole, one sample is cut from each selected roll. The test is carried out according to GOST 10510.

It is allowed to test the drawing of a spherical hole on machines in manual mode.

It is allowed at the manufacturer to carry out a test for drawing a spherical hole for tapes with a width of less than 90 mm on samples before cutting the roll to the specified widths.

3.9. The bending test is carried out according to GOST 14019.

The bending test is carried out: soft tapes - by 180 °, semi-rigid - by 90 ° around the mandrel with a radius of curvature equal to the thickness of the tape.

3.10. For analysis of the chemical composition, one sample is cut from each selected roll.

The analysis of the chemical composition of the tapes is carried out according to GOST 1652.1 - GOST 1652.13 and GOST 25086, GOST 9716.1 - GOST 9716.3. It is allowed to carry out chemical analysis by other methods that are not inferior in accuracy specified. In case of disagreement in the definition of indicators, control is carried out by the methods specified in the standard.

4. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

4.1. The weight of the package must not exceed 1250 kg.

Consolidation of cargo st to tr Anport packages are carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 24597. Fastening means in transport packages - in accordance with GOST 21650. Packaging is carried out on pallets using bars with a height of at least 50 mm, with strapping in the longitudinal and transverse directions with a wire with a diameter of at least 2 mm in accordance with GOST 3282 or tape with dimensions of at least 0.3 x 30 mm according to GOST 3560. 4.2. Tapes are transported by all means of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.

4.3. Tapes should be stored indoors. During storage, tapes must be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and active chemicals.

Boxes with tapes must be kept in the warehouse in the manufacturer's packaging 1 - 2 day to equalize the temperature of the tapes with the room temperature. After the specified period, the boxes must be unpacked.

If the specified storage conditions are observed, the consumer properties of tapes do not change during storage.
