professional argon arc welding non-consumable (tungsten) electrode in production shops and repair services.

UDGU-302
- on direct current of stainless and low-carbon steels, copper-nickel and titanium alloys;
- on alternating current of aluminum and its alloys. When welding with alternating current, the ratio between the positive and negative half-wave of the welding current is regulated. With an increase in the positive half-wave, the cleaning effect is improved, and with an increase in the negative half-wave, the effect of penetration is improved. When the optimal ratio between the half-waves is established, a well-cleaned seam with the necessary penetration is obtained.

UDG-501-1
- Powerful machine for welding aluminum and its alloys on alternating current.

Current stabilization during mains voltage fluctuations is provided in all units of this series (UDG-3010, UDGU-302 and UDG-501-1).

The pulse welding mode is implemented in the UDG-3010 and UDGU-302 units, as well as in the ADM-251 module. During pulse welding, the current automatically changes between high level pulse welding current and low pause level.

The settings are smoothly adjustable:

Connector block

Pulse current value;
- the value of the pause current;
- pulse duration;
- pause duration.

Connection of TIG welding machines is possible for UDGU-302 and UDG-501-1 installations.

The block of connectors, which can be equipped with UDGU-302 and UDG-501-1 units, allows you to significantly increase the distance from the unit to the welding point - 15 m.
