But it’s true, even if sometimes it’s cold and chilly, sometimes the road is covered with snow, that it’s impossible to pass or drive, sometimes classes at school are canceled - and after all, spring will pass, and again we will miss the snow, skates and winter holidays.

Evaluating the competitive works, we came to the conclusion that the most-very winter was in Sverdlovsk region. And, to be honest, we argued for a long time who deserved the prize more. All members are incredibly talented. Some are accustomed to the snow-covered elements and are already skiing at the age of three, others find a fairy tale in the mild southern winter. Categories of participants of the All-Russian distance competition "Spring and spring inspiration 2017"

Adults and children living in Russia, as well as foreign students studying in any Russian educational institutions are invited to participate in the All-Russian creative competition "Spring and Spring Inspiration 2017". Librarians, methodologists, psychologists, teachers, students, preschoolers, parents, pupils, teachers of additional education and other groups of people who want to show themselves when creating thematic creative works can become participants in the distance competition.

General requirements for the content and design of competitive works

In the nomination "Drawing" works made in any technique (watercolor, pastel, oil, crayons, gouache, pencil drawing, mixed media) are provided. The format of the provided drawing is A3 - A4.

The participant submits a good quality scanned or photographed drawing in .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .tif, .gif format, up to 5 MB.

Competitive drawings must be made carefully, their content must not contradict the legislation of our country. Works that do not correspond to the subject will not be accepted.

Evaluation of competitive works

Evaluation of competitive works is carried out by the site administration. Winners, laureates and participants are determined in each nomination and category separately. When evaluating work, the following is taken into account:

compliance with the stated topic;
completeness of the disclosure of the topic;
novelty in the vision of the topic;
design quality;
originality;
manifestation of creative individuality;

The winners of the All-Russian competition "Spring and Spring Inspiration 2017" are awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. The winners are those who sent good work, but they were not among the winners. All others are considered participants of the distance competition.
