The mobile operator velcom offered its subscribers a "people's" smartphone. The ultra-cheap device costs 39.90 rubles and is designed to stimulate the transition of subscribers to third-generation networks, the company's press service said.

As a "people's" smartphone acted ZTE model Blade L110. It is distinguished by a 4-core processor, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory. The device has two standard cameras - the main one at 5 megapixels and the front one at 2 megapixels. The smartphone supports 3G standard and two micro-SIM. The device is controlled using Android 5.1 OS, which distinguishes it from other budget models with older platforms.

The smartphone is sold in all regions of the country with a 62% discount.
