One of the most common situations that I have to deal with in my practice is when the user has the Internet connected, but does not work. Why is this happening?!
The first thing to start looking for a solution to the problem is to reboot all devices associated with Internet access - a router, a computer, etc. Very often this is the result of a small glitch in the operation of one of them and is solved by a simple restart. If it doesn't help, read on!

So, your Internet is not working. How are you connected to it? As a rule, in most cases, the connection is organized through wifi router, then see if the Internet access indicator is on or not. For example, on D-Link routers it is made in the form of a globe, on most devices it is simply signed as Internet.

Does not burn? Check the router settings and if everything is in order, call technical support your provider.
But if the indicator glows friendly, then the connection is successful. Check access from other devices - from a tablet, phone or laptop. So you can find out from which side it is worth looking for the cause of the problem. Such cases, when the router connects to the global web and does not distribute the Internet to connected devices, happens once in a thousand. Usually they are associated with a malfunction in its operation and are treated by resetting the settings to the factory settings, followed by a complete reconfiguration. More often, it happens that there is no access from only one of the computers, while everything works fine for others. Then you need to look for the "root of evil" already on it.

If you are connected to mobile Internet through a USB modem or WiFi module connected to the USB port, then try disconnecting it and reconnecting it. Does not help - switch the gadget to a nearby free port. Windows will reinstall the drivers and you can check again whether access has been granted or not.

Internet Connection Diagnostics in Windows 10

If the Internet is connected on your computer or laptop but does not work and you are sure that the reason lies in the wrong settings, then you should perform a few simple operations. Let's start by pinging some popular site. To do this, press the key combination Win + R to open the Run window:

In the "Open" line, type the command cmd. Click on the "OK" button to open the command line window. We select a team:

ping yandex.ru

If you don't like Yandex, you can specify Google instead. Press the "Enter" key and see the result. If everything is in order, then you will receive something like this response from the server:

If you receive this response:

Then we type another command:

Ping 77.88.8.8

This is the IP address of the public DNS server from Yandex, which is always available. Alternatively, you can ping the server from Google - 8.8.8.8. If the PC has access to the external network, then the response should be:

If the node pings by IP, but the sites do not open, then usually this indicates that the Internet is connected but does not work due to the fact that the DNS server address is not registered (or incorrectly registered) in the settings of the network card. How to do this, I will tell below.

If you see this response:

Then it’s worth checking if the router is available. To do this, it also needs to be pinged. You can see what IP address is used on it on a sticker, usually located at the bottom of the case. Usually it is either or . I have a D-Link router and it uses the second option:

If the router pings, but the node is not on the Internet, then the reason is most likely again in the router or in its settings.
But if the router is not available, this is a reason to delve into the network adapter settings on the computer. But before that, try disabling your antivirus and firewall, as very often they are the cause of most network problems.

It did not help and the Internet is still connected but does not work ?! Well, then again press the key combination Win + R so that the "Run" window appears and enter the command ncpa.cpl.
If everything is done correctly, then the network window should appear. Windows connections 10:

Right-click on the connection icon and select "Properties" from the menu. In the window that appears, double-click on the line "IP version 4 (TCP / IPv4)" to get into the protocol parameters:

Here we try to set the automatic receipt of addresses and again check the output to the global web.
Still not working? Then check the box "Use the following addresses":

You need to register an IP address from the subnet of your router. If it has an IP of 192.168.0.1, then set the computer to 192.168.0.2. If the router uses 192.168.1.1, then the PC will have 192.168.1.2. Mask 255.255.255.0. As the gateway, you must specify the address of the router. Register it as your preferred DNS server. You can specify an alternative DNS server from Yandex 77.88.8.8 or from Google - 8.8.8.8.

As a rule, after that access to the Internet appears. If none of the tips helped you, then I'm afraid that you need to call a professional specialist who can determine the cause of the problem and be able to fix it. Good luck to all!

A terrible thing happened: you do not have the Internet. There can be many reasons: something broke at the provider, the smartphone was discharged, they forgot to pay on time, all your devices ended up in service center. Or you just decided to arrange yourself. These 30 things will help you pass the time and even learn new skills.

1. Check out the bookcase. Arrange books alphabetically, look through, start reading something.

2. Clean up. Perhaps unwashed dishes lay in the sink, and dust accumulated in the corners.

3. Write down your thoughts. Make a plan for the current month, dream about what you will spend the first million on. Yes, this is not the same as a post on Facebook, where they put likes, but the experience is interesting.

4. Spend time with your pet. You can play with cats and dogs, feed the fish, pat Madagascar hissing cockroaches on the back.

5. Get some sleep. Dreams can be as exciting as TV shows.

6. Call your friends. Messengers and social media reduced live voice communication to nothing. Remember how it was before.

7. Call relatives. Not only to mom and dad, but also to grandma, grandpa, aunt and uncle.

8. Fix something. Maybe you have an old chair with a broken leg? Or do you need to sew something? Or is the faucet leaking in the kitchen?

9. Take out the balcony. Many use it as a warehouse for old and unnecessary things. Have the courage to look in there and throw out the whole .

10. Play a musical instrument. Piano, guitar, harmonica, wooden spoons - almost every home has something.

11. Take a walk. Walking without a smartphone and perpetual notifications can be something completely new.

12. Take a trip. To do this, just take the train and drive to the nearest station, which you have never been to. The intercity bus is also suitable.

13. Visit a museum. Unbelievable, but true: you can learn as much from a museum as from articles on Wikipedia.

14. Go to the cinema. Yes, all new items can be viewed on the Internet for free a little later, but why not treat yourself to a big screen and expensive popcorn?

15. Have a board game night. It will surprise you, but many friends and acquaintances will agree to come and play.

16. Let go of your feelings and cry. The absence of the Internet is a serious loss!

17. Go in for sports. Exercise, jog or fashion - feel your body, wake it up. Maybe you even have a gym membership?

18. Prepare something. It's easy to make a delicious dish when you have a recipe from the Internet at hand. How about a culinary experiment?

19. Watch TV. In addition to news, series, films and educational programs are shown there.

20. Flip through photo albums. Remember what you were like as a child, what your parents, grandparents were like. Feel the connection of generations.

21. Have a beauty day. Go for a manicure, pedicure, hairdo. This also applies to guys.

22. Visit the water park. Slides, pools, fountains and other water activities are no worse than hanging out in social networks.

23. Move furniture. You will be surprised, but by swapping the wardrobe and table, you will feel that you are in a completely different apartment.

24. Change the environment. Go to a cafe, to the river bank, to a bench at the entrance. A new place can lead to different thoughts and feelings.

25. Take up meditation. It is not difficult at all, just close your eyes and start counting your inhalations and exhalations.

26. Take up needlework. Old jeans can be turned into shorts and shirts into vests.

27. Start renovation in the apartment. It is not difficult at all, it is enough to clean the walls and buy liquid wallpaper.

28. Go shopping. Treat yourself to a new shirt, furniture, or just a meal you've never tasted before.

29. Go to . Without Tinder and Badoo, this is real, the main thing is to be bolder.

30. Just look out the window and listen to the sounds around you. This is life.

Remember: for a while to fall out of information flow and being alone with reality is not at all scary.

We looked at what the phrase " house put into operation". Logically, each of us understands that this is a house that is completely ready to receive tenants. All communications are connected to it and the adjacent territory is ennobled. If this is how you imagined the commissioned house, then you are absolutely right. However, how does it happen that in Anapa a house put into operation can stand without communications for several years.

The answer to this question in this article

If a new building is being built according to the current Federal Law-214, then, as a rule, no special questions arise when it is handed over. However, there are at least two more options for the appearance of apartment buildings in Anapa.

The first is a housing-construction cooperative. The construction of houses through the formation of a housing construction cooperative fully complies with the letter of the law and is regulated federal law FZ-215.

Is there a difference in the commissioning of a house built according to FZ-214 and FZ-215?

In the urban planning code and other specialized regulations it is not prescribed that houses built according to different federal laws should have a different procedure for putting the house into operation. That is, regardless of whether your house was built according to the DDU or the housing cooperative, the commissioning of the house is carried out according to a single regulation prescribed in article 55 of the Town Planning Code.

So, we found out that an apartment building built according to Federal Law-215 and put into operation cannot be without connected communications.

Consider the third category of apartment buildings that appear on the streets of Anapa from time to time. The third category is everyone's favorite "squatters". What is self-build. This is a house built without permits.

What does the owner do apartment building who built it without permits? By law, any squatter is subject to either legalization or demolition.

The pinning may look different. Option 1, lightweight. The owner of the house can provide the supervisory authority (administration, architectural supervision) Required documents to match the house project documentation and title deeds for the land. After that, the administration gives the go-ahead for commissioning.

But more often it happens differently. Option 2, normal. After the developer has received an order to demolish the unauthorized construction, he files a lawsuit in court to recognize his ownership of the object of construction in progress. This is done so that the samostroy is not demolished.

What a developer has to go through in order to obtain ownership of an unauthorized house and how much it costs, God only knows, but the proceeds from the sale of apartments most often pay for the costs.

Here, after such courts, on which the developer is recognized as the owner of the squatter, the proud developer hangs a huge banner on the facade of his house " HOUSE RENTED».

It is likely that at this moment he really believes that the worst is over. The Rubicon in the form of the most fair Anapa court has been passed and you can continue to quietly cut the loot by selling apartments to gullible buyers.

With the recognition of ownership of the unfinished house, the developer has the opportunity to slowly complete the work of connecting the house to communications, without fear that the house will be demolished.

And here lies the most critical moment, associated solely with the presence or absence of conscience of the developer. If he has one, then he will do everything to ensure that communications are connected as soon as possible.

If the developer is distracted by more important matters, such as buying a new site for the next construction, or if too much money was spent on obtaining ownership and the developer has nothing to pay for connecting communications, then such a house is doomed to months, or even years, of a half-finished state. About one of these houses at st. Leningradskaya 41, I told in an article about the new buildings of Alekseevka.

Therefore, before giving your money to the developer, whose “house has been put into operation”, do not be too lazy to check if he has:

  • Title documents for land;
  • Building permit;
  • Permission to put into operation;
  • Specifications to connect communications;

This minimum permits assures you that the house is a legal structure. With a high degree of probability, it can be argued that there will be no problems with the operation of such a house.

If ISPs have not yet reached your home, operators can help you join the Internet cellular communication. Today, the leading ones: Megafon, MTS, Beeline, Skylink offer GSM modems for own brand. Your wireless provider can also help you. Internet Yota, but only if you live in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Krasnodar, Sochi or some settlements Moscow and Leningrad regions.

Instruction

  • Buy a USB modem after finding out which cell phone provider provides the best coverage in your area. It is desirable that 3G networks providing the highest speed can work in your area.
  • Insert the SIM card that comes with the kit into the modem. The SIM card works according to a special tariff plan for the internet. You cannot connect to this tariff plan without purchasing a modem.
  • Plug the modem into your computer's USB port. The installation of the modem application will start automatically. Proceed as prompted by the installer.
  • After the program is installed, if it does not start automatically, click on its shortcut on the desktop to launch it. After launching the modem application, pay attention to the network indicator in the program window (it should show the presence of a network) and click the "Connect" button. If you have a Beeline modem, then you must first activate the starting balance through the program menu.
  • Launch a browser or any other web application.
