Step by step instructions for refuelingHP 83 A (CF283 A)

Step #1. Loosen the screws on the side cover of the cartridge with a shaped screwdriver.
Step #2. Remove the side cover.
Step #3. Charge the spring on the side cover.
Step number 4. Separate the cartridge into two halves.
Step number 5. Remove the photoconductor.
Step number 6. Remove the primary charge roller.
Step number 7. Loosen the screws and remove the squeegee.
Step number 8. Empty the waste toner box with a vacuum cleaner or brush, placing the remaining ink powder in a sealed bag.
Step number 9. Remove any remaining toner from the squeegee and PCR. Using a cloth and cleaning agent, gently wipe the consumable parts. Then install them back into the cartridge body.
Step number 10. Lubricate the photoconductor contact with conductive grease.
Step number 11. Install the photoconductor, then rotate it. Rub the toner over the body of the part beforehand to avoid eversion of the squeegee.
Step number 12. Move on to the second half of the cartridge. Unscrew the screw from the side cover of the hopper, remove it.
Step number 13. Remove the magnetic shaft.
Step number 14. Remove the doctor blade by unscrewing both screws on the edges.
Step number 15. Wipe off the toner on the doctor blade and then wipe the part with a tissue and cleaner.
Step number 16. Do the same with the magnetic shaft.
Step number 17. Empty the toner hopper. If refilling is performed repeatedly with the same toner, then thorough cleaning can be omitted.
Step number 18. Pour 90 g of toner into the hopper.
Step number 19. Reinstall the doctor blade and magnetic roller.
Step #20. Install the side cover. 
Step number 21. Rotate the magnetic shaft before assembling the cartridge.
Step #22. Assemble both halves of the cartridge.
Step number 23. Adjust the springs - 2 pcs.
Step #24. Install the side cover with the spring cocked in the third step. Fix it by screwing the screw.
