Some "craftsmen" pierce it to see the juice, but this is absolutely impossible, since the liquid will quickly evaporate in large quantities, leaving only dry fibers in the meat. When you remove it from the grill, let it brew for about five minutes, and then return it to the arms of the grill for 30 seconds - so the pork will be more appetizing and glowing. It will take ten minutes at most, but it will save you an hour of suffering the next day.
