The switches work on the principle of a controlled generator, switching occurs when approaching the sensitive element of the controlled part or the control element made of structural steel.
Switches BTP 101-24, BTP 102-24, BTP 103-24, BTP 104-24, BTP 211-24 and BTP 301-24 are made on a discrete element base. The supply voltage of the generator and the trigger of these switches is stabilized by a parametric stabilizer.
Switches BTP 212-24, BTP 213-24 and BTP 421-24 are made on an integrated element base.
All switches are equipped with circuits for protection against reverse polarity of the supply voltage and against overvoltages when disconnecting an inductive load.
Switches BTP 103-24, BTP 211-24-01 and BTP 301-24, in addition to the above protection circuits, are equipped with a protection circuit against overloads and short circuits in the load circuit.
Structurally, switches BTP 101-24, BTP 102-24, BTP 103-24, BTP 104-24 and BTP 211-24 are made in a steel cylindrical chrome-plated case.
The BTP 301-24 switch is made in a plastic housing having a cylindrical shape with an end closed on one side (on the side of the sensing element).
Switches BTP 212-24, BTP 213-24 and BTP 421-24 are made in a brass chrome-plated case.
The switch elements are mounted on a fiberglass board with one-sided printed wiring.
At the end of the board, an open ferrite cup with inductors is installed, which is a sensitive element. The internal cavity of the switches is filled with epoxy compound. To connect the switches to the load and the power source, three wires are output: "+" - red (brown), "H" - blue (light blue), "-" - white.
