10. The contractor must have the necessary work experience related to the organizational and professional aspects of the services he provides, or involve experts with such experience to perform the assigned tasks. The Contractor's work experience should include experience in conducting training events (seminars, trainings, round tables, conferences).

11. The contractor must, at the end of the seminar, conduct a survey of students on the practical orientation and usefulness of the seminar. The Contractor develops the questionnaires and agrees them with the Customer no later than 5 (five) working days before the date of the seminar.

12. Within 5 (five) working days from the date of the seminar, the Contractor must provide the Customer with a general information report on the event, including a description of the event with at least 5 (five) photos from the event, registration forms (lists) of the seminar participants, completed questionnaires of listeners, as well as an analysis of the questionnaire survey of participants on the practical orientation and usefulness of the seminar, with the application of participant questionnaires.
