The main thing is the core. If you have a core, then everything will definitely work out. How to work it out? There is no clear answer here. For me, it was formed through upbringing, through sports, and for 15 years I have been seriously training.

- And what about studying abroad, an MBA degree, growth training?

I don't think it matters. They provide some useful knowledge and skills. They can teach you how to negotiate. But I've never gone through anything like this. I learned everything myself, and this did not prevent me from achieving success. I repeat, but there must be a core. If you don’t have it, then if you go through at least 10 business schools, you won’t achieve success.

- Today, many believe that a successful career and family are incompatible. Do you agree with this? What is the role of family for you?

I believe that you cannot choose between business and family. Family is sacred to me. I believe that having a family only helps you realize yourself in business. Of course, work takes a lot of time. But you can and should find time for your family. It all depends on mutual understanding. If the spouse is understanding, then everything will work out.
