When we called Slava before coaching, he asked if I was ready to go deep. I'm like, yes, I'm ready. But in reality, everything turned out to be not as simple as it seems. It was interesting and difficult.
In general, I can say that this is one of the most unusual trainings that I have taken. It's like a vector of development, a direction.

Hello. For a long time I was going to coach Slava and finally decided. You need to be ready for coaching. Training requires a lot of effort (internal), but the result is worth it. Before starting coaching, I formulated a request and, as a result, I worked it out. I won’t say that it was easy, but I will say one thing - this is a colossal result. There are moments that affect your personality to the depths of your soul. Glory helps you realize all the difficulties that life confronts you, and most importantly, it gives you a tool to solve these moments. I would like to say a huge thank you to Slava for the changes and for the result.

As before, it is difficult for me to decide on my opinion and unambiguous position. In coaching, I learned why this could be and how to fix it. :)

In order. I am missing a given feedback form, because my coverage of this may not coincide with the needs of the person to whom it is addressed (Vyacheslav or other participants).

Results and effects of coaching:

Globally, there is a feeling of difference before and after the training, I can’t understand what they are expressed in, but the state of health has changed. The training program itself makes it so that you go through all sorts of experiences and states that affect you either locally or globally - it depends on your history. Once, during a coaching session, I was talking to my mother via Skype (just in case we are not friends) and she noted my calmness and confidence. This state was caused by the influence of coaching and how global it is - time will tell. Coaching allowed me to realize a lot of things that have been with me all my life, poisoned her. And most importantly: COACHING ALLOWED ME TO FOLLOW MYSELF LIES and allow myself negative emotions. I lived, deceiving myself about sincere desires, at the expense of the family. The lie pushed me further and further away from that desire. I realized that I was afraid of women, I realized that I was afraid to deal with them, I realized that I did not want a family and children ... And realizing, I allowed myself to be not perfect, accepting it as it is, allowing myself to be so today. The ban on negative emotions plunged me into a lie even deeper and took away energy.

You ask: so what from this understanding?

The very awareness that it is; that it is a part of me; that this is the result of the best outcomes of events from all that could be - I began to put up with this and accept it. Perhaps this is one of the reasons for the feeling of inner satisfaction. I know that after I accept it, if I want to - I will change it, and before that there was not even a chance to change it, because. I denied it.

The training gave me a lot of information and awareness, clarified a lot of moments in my life. Removed a lot of questions about how?.

ONE OF THE IMPORTANT ASPECTS WAS THAT THE COACH POINTED THAT THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM. I came to the training with some requests, with expectations. In the process of training, they changed and some fell off by themselves. Thanks to Slava, we concentrated on a few things that were unexpected for me and working on them revealed the essence and common denominator of almost all problems. And in fact it helps to solve more problems than was stated. Although yes, how to live and what to want - they explained to me in a slightly different way than I expected.

As a result of coaching: I have now started playing sports. For me, this is an important accomplishment. How long it will last is another question, but the start of the process took place in coaching.

When a person receives a fracture, it is very painful to set it. Even more painful to set it yourself. Moreover, you can set it in the wrong place, especially if you don’t know how to do it right. Of course, you can live with broken bones, but there will be little pleasure in such a life (depending on the severity).

And then there is the expression "broken life." It was with such a "life break" that I came to Slava for coaching, as I no longer had the strength to endure the pain. And I began to correct my illness on my own, but under the supervision of Slava. For which I thank him very much! Because if not for him, then I would not have coped (I just did not know where and how).

Honestly, sometimes it was very painful and unpleasant. But it was worth it, because now I am much more pleasant to live. Sometimes I didn't understand what was happening at all. The course of life changed so quickly and abruptly.

There was a lot of work on myself, a lot of questions and answers. It became clear what global and fundamental processes were affected. Today I clearly understand where I am going, why I am going there, why I am going there. "Life Break" fixed. I am satisfied with the work done. Glory, thanks!

In my review of coaching, I want to talk about the personality of the coach - Slava.
I am wary of trainings, trainers and coaches. However, having chosen Glory, he never regretted it. I will highlight:
- It is important for me to trust the coach so that he does not betray my desires, does not offer a ready-made solution to the problem. Expectations were fully justified - Slava is accurate with direct directions and at the same time it is clear that he considers each participant as an individual and finds his own approach.

There is no personal acc, so from the worker. My name is Vladimir Vechkanov.
When I signed up for coaching, I didn’t even know what the program would be) I only knew that it would be something worthwhile, so I completely trust this person in terms of development. I found out about the training program a day or two before the start, when I had to fill out a questionnaire. And then I thought mdaaaaaa ....., I realized that this would be a very strong and deep work on myself.

1. Successful "losers"

Just got back with my wife from Tony Robbins' 4-day Unleash the Power Within (UPW) workshop in London April 27-30.

The scale of this event is amazing: ten thousand five hundred people from sixty-seven countries, one thousand two hundred people from Russia (last year there were three hundred and sixty), four days of complete immersion and work on oneself from early morning until late at night.

80% of the audience are business owners, top managers, accomplished and very successful people. I met Andrey Parabellum there, who had a training in Japan a couple of weeks ago, noticed the guys from the “Business of Youth”. All these people came to make another breakthrough in their business and their lives, to reach new heights.

A friend of mine once suggested that Tony Robbins is a charlatan, and such self-development seminars are a trick for insecure losers who are not capable of anything and who lack their own internal motivation for success. (The acquaintance himself, by the way, did not particularly succeed in life).

This is an interesting point of view when you count world stars, billionaires and politicians like Anthony Hopkins, Mother Teresa, Serena Williams, Andre Agassi, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nelson Mandela, Hugh Jackman, Larry King, Mike Tyson, Bill Clinton and dozens of others who are coached by Tony Robbins, losers. Hard to believe, right?

It seems, however, that losers are those who lie on the couch with beer in front of the TV, complain about life and at the same time spit about how bad and dangerous everything is around, and that it is better not to make sudden movements, not to take risks, because that one who takes risks can lose everything, “and in our country you definitely can’t take risks - I know that”! “Oh, how scary, citizens, to live ...” (c).

At this seminar, watching its participants, I finally became convinced that success and joy await them in life, because they found the strength and courage to believe in what the majority of people deny: we can change our lives, and we can reach anything, If only really we want it, and we will use our mind not as a limiter, but as an accelerator. The question is not not to take risks, but to take risks smartly, take risks by listening to your inner voice.

2.UPW vs. DWD

Last December, I was at Tony's other Date with Destiny (DWD) seminar - "Date with Destiny" (you can read about it in post #9), and now I was interested in comparing these two seminars.

What is the main difference? DWD is a more thoughtful, more painstaking seminar, the study there goes on a deeper level than at UPW. UPW is shorter (four days instead of six) and more energetic. UPW is pure energy, it's a drive, it's a Big Bang, from which a completely new person can turn out, with a new history and a new destiny. DWD, on the other hand, is grinding and cutting, it is bringing to perfection. Conditional perfection, of course, because the process of working on oneself should never stop. Excellence is not a result, but a process.

In DWD there is also a lot of work with the audience, a lot of real stories and cases, in UPW there is simply no time for this. But this does not mean that UPW is worse, it is different. There were practices that gave a lot of insights and drive. What is it worth walking on coals! This practice just perfectly demonstrated how our mind can deceive us and limit our movements and development.

On the very first day, Taya told me: “I will not walk on coals. I I can not understand How can you not get burned at a temperature of a thousand degrees! It's impossible". But it turned out to be possible. True, only in a certain state of charge and confidence, which Tony helps to achieve.

As a result, I passed, and Taya, and all 10,000 people, after that the joy, adrenaline and drive just went off scale. I have never seen such energy at any event in my life (by the way, this is another reason why I like Tony's seminars).

Conclusion: not everything in this life should be sought to be understood, analyzed and sorted out. There are things you just have to believe in, and let them happen.

3. How I visited my own hell

For four days there was a lot of practice (a thick notebook was filled out), a lot of meditation, a lot of crazy dances and discos, but there was one exercise that surpassed all others in its depth and intensity, and which was very important for me personally. It was called "The Dickens Process" and took several hours, including preparation.

The meaning of the exercise is to identify your negative beliefs and attitudes in life, clearly see their impact on your life, understand where they will lead you, get rid of them and replace them with other, positive beliefs.

As you understand, everyone has their own set of cockroaches in their head. I will share mine 🙂

My top three negative beliefs in life were:

1. It is impossible to do business in our country. This is dangerous. In our country impossible achieve business success. If you want normal life, you must be content with work for hire.

2. I have no talents and there is nothing that could interest other people in me.

3. Life is hard. Life is pain and suffering. Life is always primarily stress.

Cool, right? A very interesting "soup set" that I lived with for 37 years. Where would this “bouquet” lead me in 20 years? I would have at least a chance become happy? Could I at least try be realized? Could I achieve freedom? Could I achieve financial independence? The answer is obvious.

By the way, many people with whom we later worked in pairs noted this life attitude: “I am ordinary” instead of “I am unique”, although each person in fact unique and no two people are identical.

Note that I did not formulate these beliefs prior to the workshop. They were always with me and controlled me, I subconsciously felt them, but I never formulated, did not realize clearly. Tony helps to articulate them clearly with his exercises. It was easier for me to do this after all the prep work I did at DWD in December.

Then, through meditation, Tony immerses you in the future state and makes you feel very intensely what will happen to your life, first in 5, then in 10, then in 20 years. For the duration of this exercise, children are taken out of the hall, because this spectacle is not for the faint of heart: ten thousand people stand with their eyes closed in almost complete darkness and howl, moan, swear, scream in pain. People get physically sick, someone bends from the severity of the "seen" future, someone holds on to their stomach, someone to their hearts, tears pour down their cheeks. I think this is what hell looks like. It lasts about 20 minutes, but it seems like an eternity.

Then follows the rewriting of these beliefs, replacing them with others, positive and productive, testing them in the future state and recording in your body (voice, movements, facial expressions), working with a partner, working in groups. Tony, it's over, just an NLP virtuoso! To be fair, Dickens is the darkest exercise, the rest of the seminar is much more positive and life-affirming.

4. Goodbye Tony?! Hi Tony!

I think I already wrote about this in an earlier post, but I’ll say it again: everyone leaves this seminar with their own script, in which nothing from Tony Robbins. Not a word. And that is why Tony Robbins is not a sect, not a cult, not a religion. Tony doesn't teach you anything or tell you what to do, he just gives you the tools so that you yourself understand what you need and how to get there. This is a classic coaching, masterfully conducted by a master for ten thousand people. simultaneously, mixed with disco, parties, humor, stories and positive. Nothing compares to the experience.

Many people ride Tony regularly. At first I did not understand what the joke was and asked myself the question: will I go again? It seems that he arrived, figured out his beliefs and fears (there are several practices separately for working with fears), recharged and why go again? But now I know for sure that I will go again and again, not every year, of course, but regularly. And there are several reasons for this.

Our development should not stop even for a second. And in a year, two, five, twenty I will be completely different. In addition, life goes on as usual, the situation changes in career, finances, health, and relationships. Therefore, from time to time you need to work with a coach to understand: am I going there? Do I like my life? Am I happy? What do I want and can change?

You can find answers to these questions at the seminar, and at the same time recharge your batteries, communicate with like-minded people, grow both emotionally and intellectually, and, of course, learn from the Master those exercises and coaching techniques that change people's lives.

P.S. I want to say a special THANK YOU and respect to the guys from Meet Partners, who organized the departure of the group from Russia and the CIS! Gil and Katya Petersil and the whole-all-the whole team: You are just Fire! I sincerely admire your work. Grow three and a half times in a year - that's cool! great job!
