Technician-electrician-electronic equipment adjuster
Job responsibilities. Carries out technical operation and repair of electronic equipment. Prepares equipment for operation, performs technical inspection of individual devices, assemblies, blocks and modules. Performs adjustment of elements (modules) and blocks of electronic equipment. Conducts test diagnostics of equipment in order to verify its performance. Participates in the modernization of equipment. Keeps records of the performance of assigned equipment. Participates in the preparation of applications for spare parts, materials, measuring instruments.
Must know: laws and other regulatory legal acts Russian Federation, methodical and regulations concerning the operation and repair of electronic equipment, purpose, mode of operation, rules for the technical operation of electronic equipment, rules for using measuring instruments and service equipment, methods for finding and eliminating the causes of electronic equipment failures, rules and procedures for its maintenance, basics of electronics and computer science, fundamentals of economics and labor organization, fundamentals labor law, labor protection regulations and fire safety, internal labor regulations.
Qualification requirements.
Electrical technician-adjuster of electronic equipment of category I: secondary vocational (technical) education and work experience as an electrical technician-adjuster of electronic equipment of category II for at least 2 years.
Electrical technician-adjuster of electronic equipment of category II: secondary vocational (technical) education and work experience as an electrical technician-adjuster of electronic equipment for at least 2 years.
Technician-electrician-adjuster of electronic equipment: secondary vocational (technical) education without presenting requirements for work experience.

4.4. Methods for measuring parameters, characteristics and data of equipment operation modes.
4.5. Rules for the use of measuring instruments and tools, devices.
4.6. The procedure for inspecting equipment, methods for detecting its defects.
4.7. Rules for drawing up acts and other technical documentation.
4.8. Fundamentals of Economics, scientific organization labor and organization of production.
4.9. Fundamentals of labor legislation.
4.10. Rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
6. During the absence of a technician for adjustment and testing (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.
II. Job Responsibilities
Technician for commissioning and testing:
1. Under the guidance of a commissioning and testing engineer, performs commissioning (testing) various kinds equipment and systems (electrical equipment, Technical equipment, ventilation, etc.). specifications installed equipment and installation work technical and project documentation, reveals defects in works and equipment, ensures their elimination.
2. Participates in the compilation calendar schedules and execution programs commissioning, in the development of measures for labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection during commissioning, in the acceptance of equipment after tests performed by the installation organization.
3. Connects devices, registers the necessary characteristics and parameters, and processes the results.
4. Participates in carrying out the necessary calculations, as well as in testing and setting up equipment idle, under load and during complex testing.
5. Draws up acts in the forms established by the current regulatory documents, indicating in them the volume of commissioning work performed.
6. Performs individual official assignments of his immediate supervisor.
III. Rights
The adjustment and testing technician has the right to:
1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.
2. Submit proposals for the management to improve the work related to the duties provided for in this job description.
3. Notify the immediate supervisor of all identified in the process of execution of their official duties shortcomings in production activities enterprises (his structural divisions) and make suggestions for their elimination.
4. Request personally or on behalf of the immediate supervisor from the heads of enterprise departments and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
5. Involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the management).
6. Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

The commissioning and testing technician is responsible for:
