Rules for consideration of public initiatives via the Internet

2. Voting takes place within a year after its placement. If an initiative receives less than 100 thousand votes, it is removed from consideration. If more, it is sent to a special federal expert group to develop measures for its implementation. The membership includes representatives of federal executive authorities, deputies of the State Duma, members of the Federation Council, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, representatives of the business community and public associations.
3. The text should not contain obscene language, insults, threats, calls for extremist activity. The citizen is also obliged to explain at what level the initiative should be considered.

All initiatives are sorted: by sections, level (federal, regional, municipal), number of votes 9.16.
