1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the day state registration of this order sending a copy of it in hard copy and in electronic format in Kazakh and Russian languages ​​in the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Center for Legal Information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in the Standard Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

List of goods prohibited for movement across the customs border

1. Move across the customs border in any way is prohibited (clause 1 of Appendix 2, approved by the Agreement of 18.06.2010):

Service and civilian weapons, their main parts and cartridges for them, prohibited for import into the customs territory of the Customs Union, export from that territory;

Toxic substances that are not precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, restricted for movement across the customs border of the Customs Union;

Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, with the exception of limited quantities of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the form of medicines for personal use according to medical indications in the presence of relevant documents, as well as precursors in the amounts determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Export from the customs territory of the Customs Union in any way is prohibited (clause 2 of Appendix 2, approved by the Agreement of 18.06.2010):

Waste and scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals included in the list of goods, the export and (or) import of which are subject to quantitative restrictions;

Raw precious metals, scrap and waste of precious metals, ores and concentrates of precious metals and raw materials containing precious metals, the export of which from the customs territory of the Customs Union is limited;

Wild-growing medicinal raw materials (plants, parts of plants, seeds, fruits), restricted for movement across the customs border during export, in an amount exceeding three copies of one type of these goods;

Wild live animals and individual wild plants restricted for movement across the customs border during export (with the exception of hunting and fishing trophies), in an amount exceeding three copies of one type of these goods.

In addition, it is prohibited to export goods specified in paragraph 1 from the territory of the Customs Union by any means.

3. Import into the customs territory of the Customs Union in any way is prohibited (clause 3 of Appendix 2, approved by the Agreement of 18.06.2010):

Ozone-depleting substances prohibited from being imported into the customs territory;

Plant protection products prohibited for import into the customs territory of the Customs Union, subject to Annexes A and B of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants dated May 22, 2001;

Tools for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources prohibited from being imported into the customs territory of the Customs Union;

Ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products with a total volume of more than five liters per person over 18 years of age;

More than 200 cigarettes, or 50 cigars, or 250 grams of tobacco, or the above products in a set with a total weight of more than 250 grams per person over 18 years of age.

It is allowed to send goods abroad without paying customs duties, total cost which in one postal item does not exceed 10,000 rubles, including:

  • fish and crustaceans - no more than 2 kg (in sealed packaging);
  • sturgeon caviar (black) - 140 grams (in sealed packaging);
  • salmon caviar (red) - 140 grams (in sealed packaging);
  • medicines - no more than 10 packages of different names.
Items prohibited for import into countries:
