3.3. Participates in the development of long-term and annual plans for research and design work.
3.4. Plans and coordinates the work of the team (group) for the development of individual parts (sections) of the project or individual types of work and controls the implementation of the established tasks by each performer.
3.5. Manages the development of programs, work methods, feasibility studies and calculations, cost estimates and contractual documentation, as well as the preparation of network and other schedules for organizing the implementation of the project, coordinates them with co-executors and interested institutions (organizations).
3.6. Carries out work to find a rational layout of the structural elements of the project, ensures the compliance of the project with the design specifications, the correct choice of the circuit diagrams of the complex, a high level of standardization and unification of equipment.
3.7. Carries out control over the quality and timeliness of the preparation of technical documentation, compliance of the equipment, components and materials adopted in the project with applicable standards and technical specifications.
3.8. Carries out experimental verification and research of new design solutions, organizes work to substantiate the selected equipment parameters, determine the reliability and durability of the complex, evaluate its patentability.
3.9. Summarizes research materials, supervises the preparation of scientific and technical reports on the stages of work and on the assignment as a whole.
3.10. Supervises the testing of the designed equipment, carries out architectural supervision and provides technical assistance in its development and implementation.
3.11. Organizes the execution of acts of transfer of the complex for industrial testing.
3.12. Studying the best domestic and foreign experience in performing similar work in order to use it in the design.
3.13. Gives feedback and conclusions on scientific and technical documentation coming from outside organizations, complex rationalization proposals and inventions, draft standards and specifications.
3.14. Improves qualifications at least once every 5 years.

4. Rights
The project team leader has the right to:
4.1. Participate in the discussion of draft decisions of the organization's management.
4.2. Sign and endorse documents within their competence.
4.3. Initiate and hold meetings on production, economic and financial and economic issues.

4.5. Conduct quality and timeliness checks on assignments.
4.6. Demand the termination (suspension) of work (in case of violations, non-compliance with established requirements, etc.), compliance with established norms, rules, instructions; give instructions for correcting deficiencies and eliminating violations.
4.7. Submit for consideration by the management of the organization ideas on the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees, on the promotion of distinguished employees and on the application disciplinary action to employees who violate labor and production discipline.

5.1. The project team leader is responsible for:
- for improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this job description - in the manner established by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation;
