I. General provisions

1. Equipment completion engineer belongs to the professional category.

2. For the position:

An equipment completion engineer is appointed by a person who has a higher professional (technical or engineering and economic) education without presenting requirements for work experience or a secondary vocational (technical or engineering and economic) education and work experience as a technician of category I for at least 3 years or in other positions filled by specialists with a secondary professional (technical or engineering and economic) education, for at least 5 years;

Category II equipment completion engineer - a person who has a higher professional (technical or engineering and economic) education and work experience as an equipment completion engineer or in other engineering and technical positions occupied by specialists with a higher professional (technical or engineering and economic) degree education for at least 3 years.

Category I Procurement Engineer - a person with a higher professional (technical or engineering and economic) education and at least 3 years of work experience as a Category II Equipment Procurement Engineer;

3. Appointment to the position of an equipment completion engineer and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the enterprise director on the proposal of the head of the equipment completion department.

5. The Equipment Completion Engineer reports directly to the Head of the Equipment Completion Department.

6. During the absence of an equipment completion engineer (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Job Responsibilities

Equipment engineer:

1. Performs work to provide equipment and components for capital construction and repair and maintenance needs of the enterprise.

2. Checks the correctness of the determination in the applications of the enterprise's divisions of the needs for equipment and components and on their basis, and also, in accordance with the title lists and project documentation, draws up consolidated applications with the necessary calculations and justifications.

3. Develops schedules for the supply of equipment based on the approved deadlines for the completion of construction and installation works.

4. Prepares draft contracts with suppliers, orders for the manufacture of non-standardized equipment, materials for coordination with design organizations of technical conditions for their implementation.

5. Carries out control over the implementation of plans for the logistics of the enterprise, over compliance by suppliers with established delivery schedules, quality and completeness of equipment.

6. Draws up acts, conducts correspondence on claims in case of violation of contractual obligations by suppliers, coordinates changes in the terms of deliveries, replacement of equipment and components.

7. Controls the correctness of the quantitative and qualitative acceptance of equipment and components, their storage, conservation, timeliness of transfer to construction and installation organizations and divisions of the enterprise.

8. Carries out work to identify excess stocks of equipment and components, uninstalled and unused equipment, prepares proposals for its sale.

9. Prepares the data necessary for reporting on the implementation of the plan for the logistics of the enterprise.

10. Performs individual official assignments of his immediate supervisor.

III. Rights

The equipment completion engineer has the right to:

1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.

2. Submit proposals for the management to improve the work related to the duties provided for in this job description.

3. Report to the immediate supervisor about all the shortcomings in the production activities of the enterprise (his structural divisions) and make suggestions for their elimination.

4. Request personally or on behalf of the immediate supervisor from the heads of enterprise departments and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.

5. Involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the management).

6. Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The Assembling Engineer is responsible for:

1. For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this job description - to the extent determined by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
