2. Job responsibilities

Head of the central factory laboratory:

2.1. Organizes research and experimental work carried out by the laboratory in accordance with the development prospects and the scientific and technical policy of the enterprise in order to introduce advanced technology into production, new technological equipment that ensure the release of competitive products.

2.2. Provides research on the development and development of new types of products, the use of new materials in the designed types of products, improving the quality and increasing output, economical use of material and raw materials.

2.3. Promotes the implementation of the results of research and experimental work at the enterprise.

2.4. Based on the conducted research, it develops proposals for changing technological instructions, specifications and standards.

2.5. Leads the work on the development and implementation of new methods for measuring and evaluating the quality of materials and products, new methods of control in the field of industrial sanitation, safety and environmental protection.

2.6. Provides control over the observance of technological discipline in the shops.

2.7. Organizes laboratory quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products entering production in order to determine their compliance with current production standards and specifications, environmental standards and regulations.

2.16. Organizes the study of advanced domestic and foreign experience in the design of new technologies, means and methods of measurement, laboratory quality control of products, raw materials and materials.

3. Rights
