Project "Living ABC" (Grade 1)

The project is designed for three weeks, is carried out in the 1st grade at the end of the literacy period (March).

All stages of the project are logically interconnected - from learning individual letters to reading books.

Objective of the project:

Summing up the work on the ABC.

The relevance of the project.

To improve the effectiveness of correctional work in the lessons of literary reading, along with other types, research activities are used. Therefore, project activities should be aimed at the formation and development of communication skills in children, skills in preparing for lessons, proper time management, planning and self-control. Project activity contributes to teaching the child to independently search for ways and means of solving own problems. The child ceases to be the object of pedagogical influence and becomes an active participant creative activity, the purpose of which is to activate its own resources in the process of learning and development. RELEVANCE OF THE PROJECT The main purpose of the primary school is the purposeful formation of a highly moral, harmoniously developing personality of a younger student. The most important role in achieving this goal belongs to the ability to read meaningfully. Literary reading is one of the main subjects in primary school, in the study of which certain difficulties currently arise. One of the urgent problems of our time is the decrease in the motivation of students in the study of this subject, the lack of interest in reading. So the problem arose: how to form a genuine interest in reading and an attitude towards this subject as a source of enrichment of knowledge in a first grader. And to solve this problem, the project method was chosen. The project unites with a single goal not only the main participants in the educational process of teachers and students, but also to attract at least interested party in the quality education of the younger generation - parents. National educational initiative "Our new school» one of the issues is considering working with parents. The modern school should work closely with the family. Coming to educational institutions with children should be interesting for adults as well.
