Demanded professions. The most promising professions of the future. Professions that are losing their relevance

  • 11.03.2020

There are no unimportant, unnecessary professions. Each specialty plays a big role for people in society. A profession in demand is a category that many people try to guess or “catch”. In particular, this applies to students, applicants,. There are scarce professions that are highly paid.

The labor market changes frequently, it is difficult to predict its trend for the next 10 years. Periodically it is difficult to predict the next 1-2 years. Consider the popularity of the profession on the market now, with a perspective of 5 years. The market for technologies and services is rapidly developing, putting forward requirements for certain specialists. It is difficult to accurately predict indicators and trends for women and girls. There is General characteristics in this area.

What jobs are in demand right now?

Researchers put forward conflicting information. Entering one specialty, finishing the current direction, the loss of demand for the direction becomes clear. This error occurs frequently. Difficulties arise in finding applicants for, engineers, and so on. Now we know the declining state of industries, low wage. There are simply no people who want to give their time and effort at a minimum wage.

Choosing an unprofitable profession

Demanded specialties can be determined according to research data, information from state orders for specialties. The vast majority go to study in the direction of an economist, manager, employee of a company associated with international relations. It becomes more difficult to get a job in such specialties every year, given the desired considerable payment for the cost of labor.

Demanded professions, starting from the state order for specialties, are as follows:

  1. Teachers in schools, middle-level institutions. Women's orientation, where those wishing to work - a minimum. The state encourages young people to enter pedagogical universities, understanding the remuneration of labor in areas, the budget does not allow for sufficient growth.
  2. Medical workers. There is a severe shortage of doctors, nurses, nurses. Polyclinics are closed, in many specialties there are no specialists as such.
  3. Engineers. The growth of technical development is not supported by the necessary personnel.
  4. Work in the field of nanotechnology. There are no necessary educational institutions for studying disciplines.
  5. IT specialists. The modern market is not adapted to the required number of employees. There are not enough institutions and specialists in these industries.
  6. Psychologists. The trend is only developing, gaining momentum, there is still little knowledgeable workers in this industry.
  7. Marketers. The market, goods and services have not always been studied. The direction is just being mastered, the market does not have the necessary personnel.

You saw what professions are in demand. Now there is no confirmation of the relevance of these specialties in a year or two. Demanded professions in the labor market are characterized by low pay, minimal opportunities for self-realization in areas. A small number of applicants ready to enter these specialties.

What professions will be in demand in 5 years?

It is more than justified to look at the future, so let's study the most demanded professions in Russia in 5-7 years. The labor market is flexible, dynamic, changing, depending on many factors. The reorganization of educational institutions aimed at obtaining a certain specialty also makes it more static.

Demanded professions of the future

The most relevant specialties for women after 5 years are as follows:

  • Builders;
  • People involved in the service sector;
  • Engineers;
  • PR-management specialists.

Construction specialties are relevant due to the improvement of the demographic situation in the country. There is a need to build new housing, update the old fund. Commercial facilities are gaining popularity - business centers, offices, retail space, production workshops and so on. Intellectual work is becoming relevant, to which many people in Russia are moving. The service sectors are popular - opening, working at service stations, car repairs, the work of waiters, administrators of cafes, bars, restaurants, sellers, distributors is in demand.

The world is ruled by intellectual labor

After 5 years, the demand for specialties will begin to grow faster than now. The advantage is that there is no need to gain in-depth knowledge in the direction. The minimum information with sufficient work experience, the necessary skills will be enough to organize a high-quality labor process.

Specialties that were popular a few years ago are losing relevance. For decades to come, the labor market is provided with areas where managers, lawyers, economists, office workers, and administrative personnel work. Now the actions of the administrative staff are replaced by the optimized work of organizations, the use of new technologies, the reduction of costs, human labor resources.

On the verge of extinction will be journalism in the standard understanding of this direction. The relevance of this work is gradually beginning to fade into oblivion now. Do not lose popularity and television, the number of presenters on which is now quite a lot.

Most information products, data, articles are available online. It is not necessary to receive an education in the direction of "journalism" in order to present relevant facts to a wide range of people.

The most demanded and highly paid profession

The same profession will be relevant in foreign countries and irrelevant in Russia. This question concerns the professions in demand for men and women. Western countries differ markedly from Russia in this matter. There is a shortage of teachers and engineers in the labor market. Such professions do not allow you to receive the desired funds by working in these industries.

Top managers, employees of the oil and gas industry receive a lot, but their demand in terms of percentage is minimal - 5% of the total number of people in the labor market.

Oil and gas industry employees

It is easy to make a list of in-demand professions, but the highest paid and most in-demand professions are not clearly marked. When using the arithmetic mean and miscalculations, the conclusion suggests itself that the popular and highly paid professions- programmer, IT specialist. The result is argued by the need for highly specialized personnel, the prospects of directions. The number of women in specialties is growing - 10 years ago there were predominantly men. This trend will not change in the coming years.

What professions are most in demand in the world?

Considering the labor market of the United States, Europe, after analyzing, researching, making a list, you can come to certain results. In Africa, labor market monitoring will be more difficult. The reason for this is the low economic development states.

Actual professions for the USA, Europe - IT specialist, financial expert, software security specialist, employees in the field of advertising, PR technologies, management personnel, mathematics teachers, specialists from the field hotel business. Note that teachers are in demand, their work is paid accordingly.

IT specialist in the USA

This description is conditional, it changes, starting from the continent to be researched. Most popular and highly paid professions intersect here. The state makes an emphasis, allocates the budget correctly. Thus, the deficit in the labor market is covered without harm to the inhabitants of the country.

Exotic professions in demand in Russia

Demanded professions in Moscow, which are unusual, are already surprising many. They are very interesting and exotic. For example, this includes a slaughterer, a sports shoe tester, a boogie-woogie coach, a captain of floating rigs, a carcass specialist.

Carcass specialist

Vacancies are not invented, there are in the labor market. Potential specialists are offered a full social package, good wages. For the most part, only highly specialized training is required for training. Before that, a person must receive a higher education. Demand is not an indicator in relation to these professions. Many of them are very rare, specific.

Non-standard approach to problem solving

The labor market in Europe is different from the Russian one. For example, in Germany, a profession in demand is prostitutes - workers in brothels. Paradoxically, but it is a fact. They accept girls, women, whose age has not reached 40 years. Guaranteed decent pay labor, social package, official employment. There are deductions from the salary to the pension fund.

Considering the Russian labor market, such a situation is excluded. There is a lot of controversy on this topic - an immoral profession that leaves a mark on a lifetime. Some argue that prostitution existed, is and will not disappear. This method of legalizing activities helps to solve the problem in the labor market. There can be no talk of this specialty in Russia - mentality, upbringing, morality - barriers to the legalization of prostitution.

New areas of work

With a high probability, new specialties will appear on the labor market in the next 10 years. These include:

  1. Intergenerational translator. This is how conflicts between fathers and children will be resolved. Over time, they become aggravated, people of different ages cannot fully communicate.
  2. Network communications leader. Expert groups, forums, communities - places where hundreds and thousands of people work. For more effective debugging of work, a special direction will be created, PR faculties have been developed.
  3. City farmer. Actual direction when living in the city. There are few lands, there are no resources for growing vegetables and fruits. Technically, it is possible to equip greenhouses, create crops on the roofs of high-rise buildings. This practice already exists in Japan and the USA.
  4. Urban ecologist. Condition Researchers environment working in the construction industry.
  5. Biotechnologist. Development of technologies, substances that do not harm human life. Replacing habitual harmful substances with safe ones. Biofuel instead of diesel, bioconcrete instead of standard building material.

Far future

After 20-50 years, there will be professions that would be difficult to guess. They will be associated with the emergence, repair, and operability of robots and intelligent organisms.

Profession of the distant future

Due to the increase in information, there will be a certain direction in psychiatry that helps to cope with brain overload.

Given the possibility of organ transplantation, biomodeling of organs, specialists will appear who control this area. The appearance of genetically modeled organisms, which the architects of living systems will follow, is not ruled out.

This is just a guess. Whether the labor market will be built in this way can only be judged in 10-50 years. For now, you should focus on the specialty that is relevant at the present time.

Want to know which professions earn the highest salaries? And why exactly are they? We provide a rating of highly paid professions in 2019.

The rankings of highly paid professions change every year and differ from country to country. For example, in the US, surgeons and anesthesiologists earn the highest salaries, $230,000 to $270,000 a year, according to the Department of Employment. Medical professionals in the US receive higher salaries than financial analysts and IT specialists. And in our country, unfortunately, a doctor is rather a vocation. In 2018, the mayor of Moscow announced that the average salary of a doctor in the capital is 134 thousand rubles. But the doctors themselves only laughed at the statistics and said that they had never seen such salaries in their lives.

How do we rank? It is not always possible to objectively measure income in a profession. If we consider the level of income of different specialists, then we note that in a number of professions there are single representatives who receive disproportionately more money than others. The income of top stylists is 300-400 thousand rubles a month, and the average salary of a qualified hairdresser in Moscow is 50 thousand rubles. There are not so many stars in professions. Professional football players, singers, actors, founders and CEOs of companies. The chance of getting into their ranks is so small that when calculating income, it is important not to focus on these rare birds, but for an average specialist. We analyzed the average salaries in each profession at the end of 2018, according to Superjob, Rabota.ru and HeadHunter.

1 place. Vessel captain. A very romantic and responsible profession. The captain is responsible for passengers, cargo and for the safety of the ship itself. The captains of ships and ocean liners earn the most. Their average salary is 185,000 rubles, and the maximum is 500,000 rubles. But in order to become a captain, it is not enough to study at the maritime academy, you will first have to work as a navigator or assistant captain, gain experience as a navigator, and only then get the coveted helm.

Please note that this list does not include top managers and executives. There are only narrow specialists here, who are still lacking in the labor market, and their salaries are higher than the national average. In abundance, of course, various types of "IT people", medical specialties and employees with increased responsibility - pilots and captains. And, as you can see, there are no humanitarian specialists.

Highly paid professions in Moscow

Moscow boasts the highest salaries in the country. And the gap in salaries is so great that a dentist in Moscow receives 120-150,000 rubles, and in Ryazan 30-40,000 rubles. In Moscow, the same specialists are in demand as in Russia as a whole, except for extractive professions. High salaries for IT specialists, managers different levels, civil engineers, narrow medical specialists and bank employees. And, of course, one cannot but say about civil servants. The average salary of a State Duma deputy in 2018 amounted to 348 thousand rubles. Therefore, if you want to serve the people, get parliamentary immunity and at the same time earn that kind of money, then you can become an official. This officially requires only a completed secondary education.

Highly paid professions in St. Petersburg

Most of all in St. Petersburg, as well as in the whole country, earn financial directors, sales directors and heads of IT departments. And from the specialists of non-management positions, again IT-specialists, marketers, financial analysts. After grade 9, you can get in-demand working professions - an administrator in the tourism business or an electrician. The average salary for these specialists in St. Petersburg is 50,000 rubles. Masters of working specialties, provided that they work "for themselves", have no upper salary limit. A qualified plumber, gasman, electrician, when fully loaded, can earn 200-300 thousand rubles a month.

Highly paid professions for girls (for women)

Girls, according to Russian law, cannot work in dangerous military professions and hazardous industries. The most suitable and highly paid professions for girls at the moment include: marketer, flight attendant / stewardess, PR manager, private psychologist, realtor, lawyer, accountant. Although the girls make excellent technical specialists - engineers and programmers. For example, employees of IT companies believe that a software tester / QA engineer is a job that women do more successful than men because it requires perseverance and full concentration of attention.

Highly paid professions for men

In addition to IT specialists, pilots and captains, which we have already mentioned, engineering specialties are traditionally considered male - design engineer, production engineer - and harsh professions in the extraction and processing of raw materials. Most high level wages across the country today is in the oil and gas industry. This is due to the fact that mining is carried out in harsh natural conditions. Go on a business trip to nuclear icebreaker, installing a new drilling rig or refining diamond ore, while harder, can be more profitable than working in an office from 9 to 6.

Highly paid professions for the next 5-10 years (promising professions)

The labor market is similar to the market for goods and services. The specialist is a commodity. If at the moment the number of specialists in the industry is not enough to cover the demand of employers for them, in other words, they are in short supply, then the profession is in demand and highly paid.

Why are there so few specialists? Most often because the industry is developing at a rapid pace, and the education system is lagging behind - it does not have time to prepare a qualified professional for the tasks of the employer. The current boom in the IT field is due to the fact that universities do not train enough IT specialists, including those of a level insufficient for an employer. For example, you can become a programmer or an information security specialist at a university or college, but at the same time, a person can grow to the level of a devOps engineer, game designer or Big Data analyst only on their own due to their strong-willed and intellectual competencies. Therefore, HR-ry hunt for such professionals.

Another reason high salaries there may be "limitlessness" of vacancies, that is, the demand for this specialist not only on Russian market labor, but also abroad. This category includes all the same programmers, athletes, pilots, captains of ships. Russian employers must provide a professional with a salary, if not at the level of European or American, then not much lower, otherwise the employee will have a desire to move to a foreign company. Such a situation developed in aviation in February 2018, when experienced pilots began to leave for Asian countries, because abroad salaries and demand for their specialty are higher. Aeroflot was forced to raise the salaries of pilots flying the Boeing 777 and Airbus A320 to the declared 650,000 rubles.

Highly paid professionals who will be in demand in the next 5-10 years are:
✔ IT specialists
✔ Financial analytics
✔ Specialists in mining and chemical industries

However, remember that the shortage of specialists in a certain field may stop, and the level of salaries will decrease. Therefore, choose a profession to your liking and interests, so that you want to develop in it. Then you will definitely find a job that will bring financial well-being.
